Theatre was ok - a good cast but a plot that took a while to get going. Proper coffee and food have sadly made no difference - I have a very heavy head, although I have been sleeping really quite well recently.
I think there is just so much going on in my life that I lurch straight from one thing to another without a proper recovery in between. One day things will change!
