Hi Hypno,

Long time lurker here, needed to come out from lurkedom as I can't keep up with your diary! Last time I checked you just started the new chapter, now on page 55??? (have been on holiday for a week or so)

I confess: I googled 'Shred'-but will not purchase it (yet:) )-trying to tell myself that half-marathon training and gym should be enough for now:).

I shall go and read the last hmmm 25 pages...should entertain me for the rest of the afternoon:).
