Actually, I must confess I was a little worried about the floor shaking too :rotfl: Partly because our house is 110 years old, and I was a little worried about bouncing too hard and ending up in the cellar :rotfl:

Had an email today to say mine was dispatched this morning, so I've only got a couple of free days left!:eek:

Had a little giggle at this- it just reminded me of the scene in About a boy- where he goes along the corridor singing out loud to 'Shake your A** Move yourself.. Luckily i have concrete floors:D:rotfl:

I have a Shred question & even tho El Hypno is off on hols, I thought this was the best place to ask; how much floor space do you need to do this?

No space at all in my case :rotfl:

Oh beggar.......now I've found out that you only need a yoga mat sized space, my curiosity about Shred is getting bigger :(;) I've got a ton of weight to lose and quite enjoy watching America'$ biggest loser whilst eating dinner, lol.

Jillian is scary, maybe that's what I need in my life!!

On second thoughts maybe it'll be too hard for me....due to carp leg, I can't do lunges/squat type things. More pondering needed methinks :) Pass the choccy biccies

Kittikins, sounds dodgy with a rubbish leg! Mine should be here today or tomorrow (!) so I'll sit and watch it for you (for research purposes) with a cuppa and a choccie biscuit :rotfl:

(decided star jumps over the cellar is too dangerous :j, so I'm going to do that bit in the kitchen, which has a concrete floor... :rotfl:)

<adds orange juice to champagne> seems vulgar at this time in the morning otherwise, doesn't it? :rotfl:

Such a hangover - thanks for the yummy champers Pickle.

Must say those bacon and cheese sarnies at 3am were great.

Now will pop down to Daff's cellar to see if there is any of what is supposed to be in a cellar!!!!!!!!

Won't find no wine in my cellar sadly! Just paint, bicycles, and a load of old junk!

*Hands over last but large glass of champers to Karmacat*

This is either too late or too early in the day, depending on which way you look at it. However, there are still bubbles so it's all good!
