My Shred has been in the DVD player, but only to check that it works, and that was over a week ago.:o Suddenly I appear to be very busy cleaning and ironing and filling up my time with stuff.:D
hmm....i think this is why shred works.....cos it makes us all do more hoursework (sorry, some housework) which suddenly seems so much more enticing..
confession my shred is still in its wrapper too....i am on holiday and having lots of treats out so will start when i finish this.....

I don't want to buy Shred but could someone let me borrow it for a few weeks...I need to sort out the garden and paint the living room and bedroom :rotfl:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I would do the Shred in theory.... but I am comfortably telling myself that I need to lose a bit more weight first before I could get the best out of it.
Shh to anyone who says that doing it would make me lose the weight faster.0
