See the marvels of shredding- housework gets done and it does make you lose weight as well. I can report 5 lbs this week- so in a way pound for pound it has paid for itself.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Wow BOB, 5lbs in a week! I take it you were eating properly and everything as well (Rather than stuffing in chocolate :rotfl:)
I'm feeling it today, arms especially are *really* achey... I do wonder whether it's sensible to do tomorrow if I feel like this, shouldn't I give them time to recover?? (Or is that defeating the object???) :rotfl:
Well done sallyx - shred AND 5 miles of running?? Hypno herself would be proud! :A0 -
Well done BOB :T

Thanks to everyone else for the continued Shred motivation - I'm moving to level 2 tonight _pale_

:rotfl::rotfl:I have been eating to the slimming world plan-well roughly anyway:D Had no choccy at all-did stuff down two ginger biccies today though:o
I have been a bit stiff, but in terms of achey joints i think it helps if you do the stretches and also do the lower impact excericises, my knees were a tad sore from the push ups i can't do all the high impact bits yet- but i will one day:DBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
