:rotfl::rotfl:I have been eating to the slimming world plan-well roughly anyway:D Had no choccy at all-did stuff down two ginger biccies today though:o

I have been a bit stiff, but in terms of achey joints i think it helps if you do the stretches and also do the lower impact excericises, my knees were a tad sore from the push ups i can't do all the high impact bits yet- but i will one day:D

'do the lower impact exercises' indeed - I'm incapable of anything else! :rotfl::rotfl:

I think my legs are quite strong anyway, but my arms are pathetic!

Well done on the eating :j

still in its wrapper, but some gardening done.

I'm waiting until DH better so we can do it together ;)
  • Evening all... this talk about shred has had me laugh out loud THANK YOU!

So, can someone please give me the barcode number so I can buy my copy - sorry Red! There's a few copies out there and I have no idea which one I need. I've never bought a DVD before, so no idea what region I need or anything...:o

Oh... and the reason for the proposed purchase is because I really need to do some housework and ironing :rotfl:

Cheery... I've got less arm strength than you - when I joined the gym I struggled with the machine to strengthen arms, and that was without any weights, just the weight of the machine itself. The face of the instructor was priceless :D

Mine too. I feel like I hear so much about it, that it must count a small bit towards doing it! :o;)

I believe I've found my ideal exercise. How happy am I?

    Morning all

ooo I ache like a achy thing from achyland....I didn't run in the end last night as OH was late to mine and then I was starving and then I was tired. Basically unlike me I found an excuse not to go. Today I feel guilty that I didn't go

so in question to the shred, how do you know when to move onto level 2? I am determined to get rid of the bingo wings, although I must buy a mat to lie on because my spine and knees are killing today from lying on a laminate floor - ouch!

I just did 10 days of level one Sally, then moved up. I didn't get to do 10 days consecutively as like you, life got in the way....

As for bingo wings - well mine are still flapping in the breeze! :o
