Well ladies if we keep hanging around here we are going to need a support group and possibly some counselling because we are turning into a protected species!

Just thought I'd sneak in and let all you fellow Shreddies (!) know - I appear to have lost 2lbs and an inch off my waist after 3 days of Shredding (!). Not sure it's only down to that, but I certainly haven't been eating any differently!

    Hi all,

I have come from the Payment a Day thread and have fallen victim to the "Shred" phenomenon which originated from here I understand.

DH bought Shred for me after I said what the forums were saying and he has been doing it too!

We have done 5 days of Shred now and my MIL gasped when she saw us this morning and said "wow, you two have lost weight". We last saw her 10 days ago. :D

Also a pair of trousers that were tight on me last week fit lovely now. :T

Ok this has decided me. I am faced at the moment with having to buy several pairs of trousers, because all of the ones I bought in Europe are too small still, and the ones I am currently wearing are all wearing out at the same time..... So now I just have to find a vendor in the uk who will post to down under.

    thanks for the motivation.

grats to your god daughter, but what a shame to have in laws like this especially at such a happy time.... When i read about something like this it reminds me just how lucky I am with my inlaws...

Get it done Chev, it's great!

Well done Boobylou, isn't it lovely when other people notice! Glad you're both doing it together - I've banished Mr Daffs to the bedroom while I do it in the kitchen :rotfl:

Speaking of which - just done Day 5 :j Getting easier, I'm following Natalie now rather than Anita (apart from push ups!) :rotfl:

Slight modifications - now doing it in the kitchen rather than the living room, because kitchen doesn't have two large kitchen windows directly next to the pavement (!), and also has a concrete floor so I won't end up in the cellar :rotfl: Feeling good though! :j
  • See this is really starting to get to me now. Have some blubber forming over top of jeans in true muffin top style, I really want to sit on the bench with RMC, but Boobylou has planted the seed...
