Anyone had to do this before?
I did - it was pretty much a form to put in what you want and why. My 'why' was that it wasn't worth working my 5 half days when having to pay 5 full days nursery. So I condensed my hours into two and a bit full days.
(And then I left after 4 weeks anyway! :rotfl:):beer:0 -
It's Sundays and Thursdays are specials days here.
I picked up treat foods, Katie was so sweet when she was helping unpack the shopping, she'd ask Can I have one? No, it's for weekend so she go and put it away without a murmur.

GISI - there is a wave pool at Portsmouth Pyramids. I've not been since I was about 10 though, so no idea what it is like now.
The rapids were good, as they didn't have the rapids switched on the whole time, so you could just swim when they weren't on. Plus there was a "feature pool" I think they called it, with water sprays and stuff, and a little baby pool, plus a really shallow bit with a little slide down into the water, which Izzy lovedIsabella Molly born 14th January 2009

EA, have you seen the Gill Rapley book on BLW? It would definately be worth seeing if your library has it to show DH that it's a safe and practical option.
Do any of you use Surestart centres? They're opening a new one literally 2 minutes walk from us, and it seems like some of the activities would be quite fun. Are they chavvy, or do other people use them as well?

Speaking of holidays, one of my internet friends has invited me to go stay his house in California, with him and his wife (no funny buisness
) and I'm really tempted to go. Can get a £400 return from Edinburgh to LAX, he said he'd take me to Mexico/Las Vegas/Washington/Vancouver. 3 Continents in one trip baby.
I actually have a a grand stashed away - Tempting tempting.0
