I was just about to like someone else's cute baby pic on the Nuby thing, but then i noticed the baby is wearing earrings
I feel bad now but i can't bring myself to 'like' it, it feels like i'm condoning it :rotfl:0 -
Krystal - Thanks for that, I know some kids her age at nursery still wear pullups at night but I do think she should probably be out of them. She is always dry until 3am, after that she must hit super deep sleep and is so out of it she doesn't realize?
Was very pleased today, I made her and Idris a late lunch/early dinner, I had some 0 carb sausages and salad. Anyhoo, she helped me chop up my mushrooms and tomatoes, she kept licking her hand with the tom juice and eventually ate some and decided she loved it. Then she said she DID want a poached egg (normally anything other than scrambled freaks her out) and she wanted to try everything.
So she had 1 slice of wholemeal toast, 2 chipolatas seasoned in black pepper (she ate one before it was served, the horace!) 1 poached egg, some mushrooms and some grilled tomato. She ate everything except a few bits of toast and then slothed on the sofa exclaiming how full she was, until my mum came past with a packet of cookies and she was right in about. She must have 2 stomachs, one for meals, one for crap!0 -

Well because I was cooking for myself?
I have an insatiable need to feed people and fatten them up. I must be a secret feeder. But no, it was a pack of 10 sausages and it needed used up and me and Keira couldn't go through 10.
I will stop - But he did give me £300 today to buy myself stuff, so erm....might aswell make the most of it until his new druggie flatmate comes back from Kazakstan!0 -
BM - she had loads of fun, she loves visiting Chester as she gets a ride on a bus.
We bought her a build a bear as she was so good, especially as she didn't ask or pester for anything.
Yay for eating - do you reward her for trying new stuff? That works with Katie.
She has known for the last 3 days that I have a surprise for her but I asked her to go to bed like a big girl and have Daddy sat at the top of the stairs instead of with her - it's worked.Proud to be dealing with my debts

That's great
I remember when Keira was like that, now every that comes on the TV she "wants it" and I tell her to shush because she doesn't even like lego starwars and she then starts whinging and insisting she does. Oh cripes it's irratating!
Keira has some awful ugly horse thing that wears rollerskates from the build a bear. I'd love to throw it in the bin, it creeps me right out.0 -
Hmm, i'll let you off then. OH did bangers and mash and beans tonight but didnt cook the spuds enough so it was lumpy, I tried sieving it and pushing the lumps through but it was proper effort!Buttonmoons wrote: »Well because I was cooking for myself?
