can i just add on the diets .. i didnt cut out carbs i cut out yeast which meant i could still eat tortillas still went from a size 24/26 to an 8 x

I find it hard to believe that 14:5 stone is a size 24. More like your average size 18.

WOW SM!! That's amazing. I am only a few stone lighter than that atm and a size 14

honestly i went in to mark one for clothes and a size 24 didnt fit .. admitly i hadnt weighed myself til after then but thats what i was after zoe .. i possibly put somemore on before i lost it all but yer some size 24s didnt fit x

im 10st ish now and a size 10-12 ... i lost alot of weight long before jayden got down to one size 6 then put abit on as philip admitted he didnt find me attractive that skinny so leveled at size 12 ish before jayden .. after jayden went up to about 12st 4lbs ish .. x

I'm 13st and a 16-18, but I am only 5ft3 so its all spread out widthways rather than lengthways lol! I have been 14st and was around 18-20 then
