Lol PP... We get about 3 a day round here in the summer (and 1 other one that comes year round, but his ice-cream is rank) When the chimes came earlier Caitlyn started looking around herself all bemused like...

My 2 girls have just been playing so lovely together... Very cute listening to all the giggles!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Quick one ladies, Ayana has been dribbling like mad this past week- its getting worse and now shes permenantly in bibs. She also tries to get both fists in her mouth- are these signs of teething? Shes pretty much 11 weeks now. DH said to stop talking rubbish and that his family laughed at me when I said it :( I was born with a few teeth so it could be possible right? She's also been staring at us whilst eating- hubby agrees shes doing this too.

You're probably right! Thomas was like this too from about then - poor thing ended up with (and still has a bit) terrible dribble rash too until my friend in France came up with this http://www.bioderma.com/en/nc/the-products/what-s-new/product/action/249.html which is :T but can't find it in England :(, it is infinitely better than using sudocrem or bepanthen, even if it did cost about €8. If anyone does come across it anywhere (apart from on some dodgy looking website!), pm me please!

LO has realised what the ice-cream van is for!! wont get any peace now!

Doesn't she know that only naughty children can hear the ice-cream van music?

Or that the music means he's ran out of ice-cream?

I've got 24 items listed on ebay - more to do tonight. I gave up on the turbo-lister! It kept giving me photo-packs (90p) that I didn't want etc.

Michelle :jfor your classes exam results and :T for Ayana's laugh.

Sugar - sounds like you're having an awful day :( Thank god Molly didn't run off!

I'm with you girls on the weight loss! I think I *only* have a stone to lose but I've got to start toning my tummy! Michelle, I have the same worries about eating enough to keep milk supply up.

MOTM - glad to hear you DD did so well :j

Has anyone joined the odeon premier club? We're going to go to a baby screening next week and I'm wondering if it might be worth joining.

CAFC - I have a friend who used dream feeds very successfully.

news in our family -- LO has done a wee on the toilet (last night) and poo on the toilet tonight. I was so chuffed with her. I'm not actively trying to start training her, but she comes to the loo with me all the time and MIL also, so knows what its for. I took her up for her bath tonight and asked if she wanted to do a wee on the big toilet and she tried climbing up. was shocked when it was more than a wee.

wow - that impressive! Annabel loves sitting on her potty - but hasn't the faintest idea what its all about. She can't feel when shes having a wee IYKWIM and w haven't got as far as other toilet habits;)
Has anyone seen anything like this more cheaply? Or am I being mega-tight and that's quite a good price for it! The more girly one is only £37 actually, but not sure I want a girly one :o.

Its lovely - nicer than others I have seen and seems to be on the reasonable side of similar things. Have you tried ebay? otherwise could it be from santa or something?
    I turned 44 in June Jam ;)

Off to my dodgy meeting, don't go having too much fun without me.

OH - BTW - 25% off all clothing in Sainsburys if anyone wants Thomas Wellies or Dinosaur Wellies (they had girlie ones too but I didn't take any notice :p) and they had some lovely little coats too.

44 - I think you lie. You def don't look it. I think its probably the way you accessorise with thomas wellies :D (but I am serious!)

how long is the 25% on for??????

  • SS- big hugs for you and escaping Molly. I am very glad to hear that she is safe though. Hope you feel better soon.

How's the new pad, Aless? I hope that the move hasn't been too traumatic and that it has worn Finn out so that he sleeps well tonight for you.

I still have 20lb to lose, but I am below my pre-pergnancy weight so that is some consolation. I was going great guns on SW but kind of lost interest when OH wasn't home to look after H so I could go to my meeting. I've been maintaining, which is better than gaining I guess, but I do need to get back on it.

I hope your hotel meeting goes well this afternoon, MFD.
 Very good at what

If you mean very good at talking to idiots (see post above) then please feel free to join me ;)

I multi-quoted this earlier and just wanted to add that talking to idiots is, in fact, my specialist subject, and boy does it come in handy ;).

Rmac- It is Mr MFD who is 44!

EA - We'll both do a weigh in, and then if you like, and dont wanna post total weight, we'll post up how much we wanna lose... and I'll be keeping my eye on you on FB :rotfl:
I need to get better at eating (healthily) having a c-section has messed about with my innards, and I've got no appetite. I'd go the whole day without eating simply because i just dont fancy eating...but maybe if i start pusing myself, i'll get a taste for it....
And I need to do some exercise as well... got wii fit and a yoga dvd haging about gathering dust....:T

Haha, i should stop posting my eating habits on fb :p
I should be able to stick with it, its pretty easy. I already have my red milk, SF and healthy meals in.
We're going swimming on Friday so DH will play with Lily while i swim around a bit :)

I tend to eat because im bored, and i dont eat breakfast or lunch and end up having loads at dinner.

Im also bad for snacking as im making dinner.

I will weigh myself when im next near boots, maybe tomorrow on myway to my friends house :)

Is it a kind of coy smile? Ayana does that to the spare quilt on top of the wardobe in our bedroom. We think that there's a nice angel watching over her... it puts us at ease as she really does freak us out a little!

Yes it was :) She doesn't do it anymore since we moved house.
My old house used to freak me out, i always felt scared in there.

I've probably missed something as I am not often around but is there any reason you need to finish on the last day of your SMP - you do accrue annual leave and bank hols through out your maternity leave so if you hand notice in at the end of the 12 months, you'll get more holiday pay. Sorry, don't have any templates - you could try direct.gov.uk, there's tonnes of stuff on there.
