I've probably missed something as I am not often around but is there any reason you need to finish on the last day of your SMP - you do accrue annual leave and bank hols through out your maternity leave so if you hand notice in at the end of the 12 months, you'll get more holiday pay. Sorry, don't have any templates - you could try direct.gov.uk, there's tonnes of stuff on there.

I would agree with this and do the same :D

hello everyone .. i see there are some very good gcse results .. well done ... (still cant believe its been 9 years since i failed badly) ..

been an interesting 24 hours ... well you all know about that girl well philip got angry and messaged her saying why are you punishing me for something between her and me .. she answered back saying basically he should of told her straight away when i wrote it (he didnt know i had) and that he should of stuck up for her and been on her side also write on fb that i was out of order ... well he told "sm is her own person and i can not tell what to do ... i told her i wasnt happy but i dont argue on fb as its public" .. she then started saying why didnt you congratulate me? and be happy for me? to which he answered again .. "i was waiting to do it in person as it means more" ... in the end he put her straight and she didnt answer back in the end .......

philip is now also p!ssed that all these people that treat her bad she has in her life but she quite happily gets rid of him when hes done nothing wrong (and its not the first time) .. so thats the end of that ...

then went out today and got SOAKED!!!!!!!! in the rain so decided to stop in a cafe to between jayden threw up ... anyway cleaned him up and had something to eat ...

got very happy as a new b&m store is opening on friday down town ......

then saw an advert in "The Money Shop" window so popped in .. ended up having an interview there and then and second one on friday at 3pm .. how that happened i will never know but as soon as she realised i knew my stuff and was really egar even philip said she wanted me .. honestly philip and the kids were stood in the corner while i had the interview .. mad eh? .. so fingers crossed ..

philips had some positive feedback for jobs so fingers crossed too .. we've decided (or ive decided) im going to work both jobs (cex is very flexible) until philip gets a job or ive passed the trail period im not ready to give up my job there til i know for sure whats happening ..

jayden didnt nap allllllllllll day so was KO'ed by 5:30pm hes not well bless him so wrapped him up with a milky .. feed us and now finding the strength to get up and have a hot bubble bath ..

how are you all? ... is people joining us on the BWSC? x
    :)Still searching .....:)

Nomnomnom I made grilled mushroom sandwiches and a big salad with lots of seeds in for dinner. The mushrooms were a bit wet and one of Husband's slices of bread was just sodden :o but it was super tasty. I now have a violent headache and am waiting for Molly to go to sleep so I can join her zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    SM that's fantastic - fingers crossed :)

Yeah me too EA... I put two in my basket by accident but then figured we'd need 2 eventually anyway, can't beat it for that price!!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
