When Lily was younger she would only burp when DH winded her, i could be winding her for about 20 mins and get nothing, all he had to do was stroke her back and she burped loads.

I particularly appreciate the fact that Landen wont poo when sitting on my lap, minute he goes in his swing you can hear it hit the nappy LOL..... however when you're then cleaning him up, he poos during the change and gets it all out in one go, in a way i love him for it, but HOLY MOTHER OF GOD, thats a lot of poo to cope with in one hit :rotfl:

I know the feeling - Freddie sometimes has absolute screaming fits and nothing I can do will calm him down: Dan takes him and he goes silent immediately
Amelie was the same.... but it's me she wants when she's ill in the night!
Well, I officially LOVE MSE. Dan found out on Monday morning that he's got the bank holiday off. It's a lovely, unexpected surprise and because we didn't know he would be off we haven't saved any money up to do anything. But he suggested that it woud be nice to go away for a cheap (ie very cheap - he was thinking £50 for 2 nights!) break to take Amelie's mind off starting school next week. Anyway I searched everywhere and emailed loads of people about late availability, but to no avail. Just as I had decided to give up, I thought it was worth asking on the UK holidays bit, and someone came up with a wonderful 2 nights for the price of 1 deal. So we're off to Newport for the weekend!! Not quite £50, but it's costing us £62 for the four of us to stay for two nights in the Holiday Inn Express, with free breakfasts and I can't wait. Just got to come up with some MSE things to do while we're there! We're not going to tell Amelie until we're on our way - she'll love the idea of us all sharing a hotel room...Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'

Caitlyn definitely loves Daddy more than me... She's always loving and kissing him... He tries to get her to kiss me before bed but she never wants to lol...
Saying that though, we were just sat watching Waybuloo together and she turned to me and went "nnnnnnnnna" which is her way of say Mwah... so I got a kiss today <beams> (I totally didn't spend most of the time we were cuddled up going "mwah" on the top of her head or anything... Honest...)A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

CAFC, we do feed then bath, so there's no hard and fast rule about it there
. Plus if you have a problem with associating food with sleep then that helps break the association.
Also, if he's genuinely tired by that time, don't feel like you need to push for a later bedtime. Finn was going to bed by around 7pm when he was Landen's age and now he's down at 6:30! So it depends on the baby - some on here go to bed at 8/9pm, some at 6. Just go by his signs as he will let you know! I think all babies go through the no-sleeping phase, so just hang in there. Trust me, I know how hard it is!

That's a fantastic deal! I found cheapish flights for us all for January but am peeved trying to get four cities into one eight day trip so have decided to rethink the plans and perhaps do Manchester/Liverpool > Edinburgh and back and then London on another trip. It's too much in one go, I think.
Husband offered to go to the supermarket for me, as soon as I handed him the list he started saying that this was out of season and the other wasn't going to be there and what was I trying to make ("trying to"?!) and what should he get instead. So I lost patience and dragged my limping sore carcass there ... and found everything. And now I am sorer and more miserable than when I started and all the good of his taking Molly out so I could rest is wasted.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

We dont have that association as yet (i dont think) so hopefully we'll avoid it....
I never really knew what to do about his sleep, whether it was the right time or not, so perhaps we'll just stick as is for a while.... I'd rather he slept the whole way through then went to bed earlier/woke later.....
EA - We'll both do a weigh in, and then if you like, and dont wanna post total weight, we'll post up how much we wanna lose... and I'll be keeping my eye on you on FB :rotfl:
I need to get better at eating (healthily) having a c-section has messed about with my innards, and I've got no appetite. I'd go the whole day without eating simply because i just dont fancy eating...but maybe if i start pusing myself, i'll get a taste for it....
And I need to do some exercise as well... got wii fit and a yoga dvd haging about gathering dust....:TWealth is not measured by currency0
