It's actually (size 5's) 96 nappies for £9.49 i think. Is that 10.11p per nappy? Which is good, yes?
I must have read it wrong but my head was fuzzy when I was in somerfield.
The in-laws! I did wonder - nobody 100% mentally sane would buy a pack of babywipes for a gift!
But then buying something for Aimee and not Caitlyn is off too.
Maybe MrKrystal was the lucky one who got all of the brain cells for the family! :rotfl::beer:0 -
I had good intentions of being prepared for Christmas didn't I? I bought some body shop bargains in January I think (and used some of those for teacher/leaving presents).
L only wants a new bike, a pony and a laptop - is that all?
MIL promised she wasn't going to go mad this year (like last year!) but has already bought 4 waybuloos and an ITNG water writer thingy.
Sounds like your MIL is on Santa duty
Try halfcost, they have DVD box sets for cheapish at the moment and you can wipe out loads of shopping in one go and feel super organised.Thomas is soooooooo clingy at the mo, it's doing my head in as dp can't settle him at all so while he's still in bed, I am trying to function on 5 hours sleep - have dad's staff payroll to do today and also need to make them redundant this week too. My brother obviously is helping me in closing the business down...oh, no, hang on, he's not:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: because I am on maternity leave and therefore have nothing to do.
Hugs to you, it must be horrendous. Molly is very clingy at the moment too, it just makes it harder to get things done. Can you assign your brother tasks by telling him that while you're XX and YY he can be doing ZZ?
Husband sat me down for an emergency summit yesterday about Molly's refusal to go to bed at night. I do daytime naps and he does bedtime, so I asked what he was doing. And he told me he does *exactly* what I do. I know this isn't true, I am Mean Mummy and put her down, go through the routine, then close the door. She screams for about five minutes and then goes to sleep, but it takes him an hour to get her down. Last night I put her to bed ... and she was asleep in five minutes *shrug* I don't know what he's doing to make her refuse to sleep. He did get up with her this morning though, which is just as well cause I was suffering.
I've refilled my work list
And can anyone tell me what CFM means please? Someone, it looks like from here, has FB friended me, initials HF and that was the note. But her kids are all grown up so I don't know...Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

There's quite a few little things that are bugging me about yesterday... I'm trying to think that it was a one off and it's not likely to happen again for a long time yet but they're niggling away at me...
Sugar, could you take it in turns with each other for doing naps and bedtime? Maybe she realises that it's bed time when Daddy does it and she's a bit more resistant... Or maybe he's not as mean as you when she starts to whinge and goes in to her prolonging the issue?
We were just going to have a game of mario party but we're missing wii remote number 3... And seeing as Aimee was the last one playing wii and Caitlyn can't reach the dock where they sit... Aimee's been banned until it turns up... Hubby has voiced concern over buying her a DSi for christmas since his DS has disapeared somewhere and she was the last to use it... I'm torn... I understand what he's saying... But she's desperate to have one the same as her cousin... And we could spend the same amount on other toys that won't get played with and will just clutter the place up...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Where does the time go? :think:0 -
3 - it was SILs birthday. Benjamin was a little star considering we didn't go out until after his bedtime. He sat and ate samosas and satay chicken and a ton of fruit and only got a little restless at about 9, bless him.
Krystal, the restaurant is lovely, absolutely gorgeous inside and the food was fab, tons of choice and really tasty. It was very busy though, there were people queing to get in when we left just after 9 and it was packed inside.
The drinks were quite pricey though and they made us pay £3 for each of the babies! 13 months and 17 months! Apparently you pay for the highchair, next time I will take the Stokke LOLplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

He's just not mean enough :rotfl: But if I take over bedtime it leaves him with no childcare duties except the occasional nappy change and Wednesday/Thursday when I go to the office. The thing is I think that because I'm here almost all the time and I have a way of doing things she's used to them, so when that way changes she plays up to him. But then he feels discouraged because she settles for me and not for him, so he asks me to take over another thing. But I don't want to tell him to do it my way, I don't want her to be confused and whinging, and I don't want to be doing everything!
It's difficult about Aimee. Can you set her the task of finding the missing bits today and then institute a rule where whatever it is has to be back in X place at the end, and if it isn't there the next tie you check she's banned from it for three days?Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

As far as Aimee finding things goes, the DS has been missing for weeks, I had a really good look the other day and there's no sign of it, and the 3 of us just stripped the place looking for the wii remote and no sign so I don't think she would be able to find either just doing her half ar5ed looking... And when you ask her where she had something last she gets that infuriating slack jawed "I don't know" face... I shall just enforce the wii ban until it is found (it's bound to turn up eventually right?) and continue umming and ahing over the DSi for christmas...
Because we missed an opportunity to go out to dinner yesterday (with not knowing quite how late they'd be back with the children!) And because D got the hump about it... We're going to the pub for a carvery lunch today, can't wait...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I live around the corner from Zen!
Rdale is ok (where I live) but some parts are full of young idiots and the council seem to group them all together! Do you have united fans in your house then?
I'm a Newcastle fan (it's where I grew up) but DH is a big Man Utd fan.....I've had to agree that T will support Utd too as it would just be too cruel to make him support Newcastle when we live so close to Old Trafford and he'll be going to school around here. Newcastle will be his 2nd team though....he already has his kit lol
Krystal - that's not right.....they should be treating both girls the same.
Yay for Jack and his 'Daaaaaa' lol :T
The hop n pop's I'm watching have had lots of bids on themDh says I can go up to £30. (I pretended to ask his opinion lol)
T woke up crying at 5am coz he'd rolled onto his front and couldnt get back lolMummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0
