    ***Rant***

:(I am still up to my eyes in paperwork sorting out my dad's business and estate following his death at the end of March, have been working between 5 and 70 hours a week on it since he died - my brother has done a fraction of that because "I am a control freak". Tomorrow is my uncle's funeral and I was lot closer to him than my brother was and he is only reluctantly coming to the funeral from what I can fathom out which really annoys me, we aren't a big family, yes he has to travel a long way but have some respect is what I say.

My little man is eating his breakfast porridge with his hands and I can hear my mum's lecture on it now as she has a real thing about this, makes for a quiet life yet it's something else to the never ending cleaning and cooking and laundry and the one efffin thing I've asked OH to do this week he's effed up after reluctantly faffing around for over an hour last night so I am now re-fitting the wonkiest ever stairgate, it's like the straw that's done me in this week. And it's only Wednesday. Having a bbq on Saturday which I have done all the prep work so far, 9 people are staying over the next few days and all I want to do is run to the hills. Does it ever bl**dy end???

    ****Rant over****

Morning everyone! At least the sun is out.

Som - hope you enjoy your first baby free night :)

I've got my little sis coming from Northampton this afternoon to see Thomas (and me too....yeah right! :)) Really looking forward to it, she hasn't seen him since he was 9 weeks so a big change! I'm going to ask her if she'll be Godmother as well. I feel a bit bad coz I always said I would have my best mate but she has her own little girl now and understandably isn't as bothered about Thomas as she would have been if she didn't have her own. (During my pregnancy she met someone, got pregnant, got married lol) My sister absolutely dotes on T and goes out of her way to come and visit and is always buying him little treats so it will mean a lot more to her.

I think I gave birth to a small monkey not a baby... She's climbing up on everything... I'm sick of fetching her down off the table! Really starting to get on my wick now...

Bit annoyed with Hubby... After moaning at me last week because we had a quiet week in the house and he thought I should have been taking the girls out... I had 3 seperate activities planned today (including a free cinema trip!) and he's arranged for a courier to come and collect something he's sold on eBay to come any time between 8am and 8pm which kind of ruins it!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Always ((hugs)) hun. Sounds like you are having a tough time of it. Try to relax a little before you burn yourself out.

And stuff whatever anybody says about your babies eating habits. Prepare a response which is short and sweet for anyone who comments - something like 'and there was me stupidly thinking he was a happy, well nourished, resourceful child' *big sarcastic smile*

Always huge *hugs* sounds like your up to youe eyeballs, is there any chance you can escape on your own for a bit even for a wander round the shops or to a friend just to get away from it all??

just back from the doctors and they have put me on the tablets for another month, she said i will be on then for 6 months after i feel back to normal. not sure how to feel about that but just have to do it a day at a time. Have got my friend coming today to do my hair and also have the first counselling session today which im a little nervous about. Hope everyone has a good day and the sun comes out soon!

    morning!!

DH has decided that the 'pressure' fitting stairgate would be better for us. So i have Kian's buggy at the bottom of the stairs to stop him climbing. Before i moved it he'd been up the stairs twice
he's so fast at climbing. before i get up from the couch he's 1/2 way up! he's having his bottle at the moment so i can relax a little. He's trying to climb on everythng. can i have my little baby back please?

    good mornnig ladies! :)
im sittin here having a weeread while my children absoloutely devastate my living room floor with water from the water tray activity table that Christopher got for his birthday! But they are happy and smiling, and giving me peace for 5 mins, so a lil bit of water is worth it, right!? :)

  • Morning all

Lovely to see so many cute baby pics- made me look through some of mine last night, and realise how nice it will be to have a tiny again in 2 months!

My hubby is now 3 days into a 2 week 'work' trip to South Africa, so I'm trying to deal with toddler (relatively easy) and arranging people to come and finish off our new conservatory/kitchen. Had a bit of a meltdown to my mum and after I've been to hers for the weekend her and my dad are going to come up and do what they can. But I have done my share, and have just painted a garage door while the lovely monster is in nursery.

Quick q - am looking to get a mei tai for new baby - anyone recommend any good online sellers? Ebay seems a bit restricted. Thanks in advance
