£80 is mega cheap GISI, buy it and stick it on eBay
EA has Lily always been pukey? Or is the puking a new thing? How long's it been going on for? I wouldn't worry too much about her weight provided she seems fine, if we didn't have charts would you feel any need to worry? I try to think that way whenever they tell me Guy's too thin/head's too big etc, there has to be kids at either ends of the scale that are thin or fat, just like there are people
Wow Gill it's so weird how our babies are all totally different shapes and sizes, I can't imagine Guy graduating to a size 4 nappy any time soon! Is Thomas a big boy? Don't think I've seen any picsOn a total side note, I love the name Thomas & DH and I would like to call any subsequent boy Thom
Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j0 -

Fab pic of E's tooth.
Lovely pic of the lovely Guy earlier too. I get to see him in the flesh tomorrow :T
Muso fabs pics also! So many lovely pics I can hardly keep trackmusogirl295 wrote: »Red -got the coat from Mothercare. It's still quite big on her tho. It's 0-3 but shes a titchy bubs.
How old were your babies when they moved into 3-6 months clothes?
H is the only baby in my mum and baby group who's still in 0-3 and they're all the same age. We can still squeeze her into large newborn stuff too!
Alfie is 6 months now and has been in 3-6 sleepsuits for a few weeks, but the majority of his 3-6 actual clothes are still very big on him. He is dinky though.
I had to fish risotto out from his nostril earlier! I was a bit worried about poking it further in but managed it ok. He liked the risotto though. Seems to enjoy garlic too, he was licking boursin off a rice cracker yesterday!0 -

I can't believe Andrew is one next week! :eek:musogirl295 wrote: »I got a 2nd hand Petite Star Zia that I bought on Ebay yesterday, instead of our Hauck travel system which has been a nightmare. I'm loving how easy it is to steer but the only trouble I've had is that when she's in it (reclined) I can't put anything in the shopping basket and the pushchair feels too light to hang bags on handles, so I had to carry heavy shopping and try to push in a straight line at the same time! Does anybody have any shopping carrying tips for me?
The shopping basket is my only moan on the Zia - but I think it's more sturdy than it looks/feels and it can handle a couple of carrier bags on the handles.
Keely I love you new avvy. (Is it new or am I just not very observant?)
We're still in size 4 nappies at 18 months old. My friends lo doesn't look any different in size to V, but is in size 6 - her mum says she has a fat bum. :rotfl: I tried 4+ a couple of weeks back but the sticky tabs were too overlapping iykwim.:beer:0 -

Tell me about it  Where has that year gone? This time last year, I was sitting awkwardly thanks to a steroid jab in my bum
Just to join in the nappy convo - A is only just going up to 3-6m clothing, and he's been in size 3 nappies for a couple of weeks.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Whoever was asking about the Zia...during our treks around various airports, my rather heavy weekender bag lived on the handles of it (with Finn sitting in the seat) and it never tipped. It's pretty sturdy and weight-balanced for such a lightweight pram!!! The shopping basket IS crap, but I bought a great buggy basket thing off eBay (cow print
) that holds so much more and is great.
eta: I see it was you, Muso. The bag attaches onto the back so you can't use it when fully reclined, but you can recline it a bit. Your Zia may feel sturdier as H gains weight/age.

On the subject of kids being starkers outside, i don't see a problem with it. You go to Spain and most of the kids their are running around in the nuddy, and half of them try and get in on your pics and no-one screams "perv, weirdo, p@edo" it's the media here, and people are easily led!
Keira wore one of my sisters bikinis in the paddling pool in my mums garden and decided the straps were itchy, so she went naked, I have pics of it, I'd not put the nekky ones on fb, but I don't see a problem with them being naked.
Keira has got a dusting of freckles over her cheeks like I get :rotfl: well cute, I do put SPF 50 on her chops but she tans dead quickly, doubt she'd ever burn, which is weird as I always thought she was a pasty milkbottle that would, but clearly she has taken after her dads skin (or maybe mine its only my nose that ever burns)
It honestly doesn't cross my mind about pervs and p@edos - in the nakedness sense etc, they are everywhere anyways, the media have people thinking there is one eyein your kid up with binnoculars :rotfl: There was just as many around back before Daily Wail made it into a pandemic and if you ask me, probably less pervs roaming the street these days because sadly, the internet will provide them with their jollys.0
