had a lovely day in Birmingham with my aunt, uncle and cousins. kian was very good and the coach was fab! he slept on the way and the way back. Although i can imagine it would be quite hard if i was on my own with him.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0

Sounds as if it's the same one as mine then. Thanks for the offer but I'll stick with the one I've got as it's a lot of messing for the sake of a fiver as I'd have to take mine back as well. Jillie wants a stairgate ^^^^^ and lives in Manchester lolMummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0

Jillie is welcome to it if she can transport it back as I know she doesn't drive.
Jillie - glad christening went well, not been on at same time as you since. Crap about the ELC thing though :mad:A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

What do you guys think of this car seat as a spare to keep at Mum and Dad's?
It's reduced to £15

I think that's mine (and Mels) carseat but in a different colour. It's fine, V is nice and comfy in it and it's simple enough to fit. I think i'll buy another at that price, so I don't have to keep swapping between mine and MIL's cars.I'm looking at getting T a swim seat for when we go swimming (well duh lol) There's a few different types. Any advice/suggestions on whether it's worth it and what I should be looking for? We didn't have one the first time we took him but DH was with me. It would be just me and him next time.
I've got a yellow swim seat here, I think it's floaties?!? It's too small for V now, PM me and the fairies will bring it.
Glam Is the gate the blue fabric pressure fitted one? I didn't notice them in my Asda (or online). Joe appears to have bent ours this afternoon, because it won't expand/shrink. Because of the way our stairs are, I cant put the screw in white one on. If they have them, i'll send OH out for one tomorrow (and some more nappies).:beer:0 -

hehe! If I was going that way I'd drop it off as it is I'll need to get out of Manc at 4pm and pick J up before creche finishes!
Might go to bed now I think, I've got 2 reports to write but I'm too tired. Will do in the morning while OH is in bed.

No, it's one you screw the screws into the gate and then put the bits against the wall and expand until its tight If that makes sense!
