Thanks all for congrats :) we are very pleased.

We (especially OH) were convinced it was a boy just because I'm one of 3 boys, her dad is one of 3 boys, we've had a boy, my brother's had a boy, her uncle's had a boy... no girls anywhere to be seen til now!
Well done you for breaking the chain!

There's a good mix of both in my family, my sister has 1 of each.. My brother had a boy and hubby and I are both from a set of 2 boys 2 girls...

Mfd, where's that? I'm flogging the Oyster... It gets on my nerves lol...

Although Dave's banned me from any more until we buy a double...

EA, I'd probably ask her to return it and offer a refund of what she paid you... It was your mistake and you can't really tell white from ivory on photos because the resolutions on computer screens vary so much...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Mmm She's not going to get spoilt then!!!
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.

It's in the Mamas and Papas factory shop here in Stoke. They also had a Luna down to £75 but it was the 'Orchid' one which is a purpelly pink. If it had been a green one I would have snapped it up LOL.

What's up with the Oyster? You were so excited about getting one.

Thanks MFD - they don't start till September though, when we're busy with visitors coming here and I'm looking at a residential course in Scotland in October so then wouldn't work either, then November/December there'll be a trip to Liverpool to examine my Very Best Friend's new baby before we come back here/go somewhere completely different and celebrate Christmas as our own little family. I was hoping for some cheap August flights but the cheapest for the dates we want is £486 without baggage

EA I'd refund, take it back and resell it and tell her where you bought it from originally so she can get a white one :)

Oh! In that case sure - I can recommend some nice hotels, although a lot of places jack up prices for summer.

    Lastminute.com has 4* rooms for £49 though...

I think you probably should refund the postage because it was your mistake not hers. Not sure about return - I would offer to refund and hope she returns it without asking.
