You must be mad!
hehe!Thanks all for congrats
we are very pleased.
We (especially OH) were convinced it was a boy just because I'm one of 3 boys, her dad is one of 3 boys, we've had a boy, my brother's had a boy, her uncle's had a boy... no girls anywhere to be seen til now!
Congrats on the news
We've got mainly girls in both sides of the family, so Elliot was a pleasant suprise (but of course i'd have loved a girl though). Wonder what we'll have next?

Happy Birthday Molly, Amelie and Becles :T
Congrats on team pink Mr & Mrs Bruno :j
Clever Kian :T (And I love the pic of you together on fb, it's gorgeous!)
And I've forgotten everything else sorry
I was lurking earlier but didn't get chance to post as I joined Isla in having an afternoon nap
MFD - I paid £106 for my Joolz on ebay. It came with a brand new seat unit and carrycot but the frame had been used although not much at all. The black frames are the newer ones and look very nice.
Asda have started reducing there baby event things, I noticed the prams were £20, lots of bottles/toddler cups were £5 and all the plates/spoons/bibs/dummies were 50p. It doesn't finish until the 8th so I'm holding out for real bargains
Isla had her 8 month check up today and all went well :T They were really happy with her progress and we came away with a toothbrush, full size tube of colgate and a sippy cup. So glad I got there early as I was the second to go in, there were about 30 waiting behind me
Hugs, kisses and cake where necessary
Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -
Evening all...
Congrats on Team Pink, Bruno & Mrs B
Sorry for your loss, sparkle
Lovely to "see" you Mooki and hear wonderful stories of Leila :T... Some babies settle into a late sleep pattern.. <snip>... I think Rhys was the same way?
Indeedy, young Rhysy is a night owl
Current rough schedule is up at 6.30am, nap for 40mins (never 35, never 45 ) at 11am, another nap at 3pm, nap when Daddy gets home (5.15pm), wake for tea at 7.30pm, sleep on Daddy again at 9pm until 12am before waking for 20mins then settles straight to sleep in bed. We let him do what he wants - if he wants to stay up, it's not worth the fight to get him to go to sleep; he'll play quietly on the floor for a while, then go to sleep after little while. And (regardless of any criticism I've had in the past!
) that suits us down to the ground
When I went back to work, my new job offer was "Hours of work: Mon, Wed and alternate Tues and Thurs with flexibility to meet business need" - but in practise it's known as I can p!ss about with my hours as long as I do my job
Today OH's boss had the cheek to ask me to change my hours to suit him  Don't mind that much, mind - I'm now working an extra afternoon next week to mingle with a watchful of firemen from the local brigade... It's a tough life!
:rotfl:
Hope everyone's had a good day, and Miss Molly has a lovely birthday party (and there's no cake left for Mr SS
) xx 0
