My OH would think that if he waited she might stop crying too. I found kicking him till he either objected or got out of bed was quite effective.

Just given up waiting for OH to wake up and normally get on with it myself... as you say I tend to wake up anyway!!

I do keep reminding him of what he agreed to, and i even say if you cant keep up with that we'll come up with a new arrangement. He knows that I can't stand disorder, and I need to have an agreed plan (Im a bit of an ocd freak), I dont respond well to just winging it, and seeing who gets up.... and anyway it'd be me....

Its not as if he's not capable either, he is quite good at the practicals like feeding/changing/clothing and even playing with L.... but he does get really stressed out if L is crying/wont settle.... DH seems to think that he'll have the same pattern that he did as a new born so expects to feed him and then L will just sleep..... and then moans that L is boring (which at times, granted he is) but he can't have it both ways... if L is going to get more entertaining and need playing with me, he needs to be awake more.....

On a completely different note though as I could moan about him till the cows come home right now.... I've boxed up all L's newborn clothes, and he's in 0-3 completely now, but even some of those are a bit "stretched" LOL mainly his body suits, sleepsuits are fine, thankfully!

First time round I leaked for probably 2 months... 2nd time around it was a lot longer... Maybe 8 or 9... This time I dread to think... Although I'll have 2 babies going at it so maybe it will be easier?

If mothercare won't then ELC will. I bought Aimee one of their CD players and it broke about 18months later it stopped working. I didn't have a reciept but because it was ELC brand and they still had it in store they were happy to take it back... (Worked well for me too because they didn't have anymore in stock so they gave me a giftcard to the value... I bought Aimee a cheapy CD player elsewhere since I realised she didn't need the ELC one and used the voucher to buy baby stuff while I was pregnant )

thanks Krystal. will try Boots 1st as its opposite where i work, if not i'll try the ELC although it might be better going there 1st as Boots had none left on the shelf

Sorry thats all I picked up whilst scanning through.

Had a sh*t morning so far, MIL rang to say grandma has passed away in the night. Wasnt expecting it at all, Tom was really upset but had to be in for 8.30am as had really important meeting.

TMI - Woke up this morning and think I have Cystitis Comes from drinking too muchalcohol and not enough water at the weekend and also overdoing the you know what! Have nothing in and cant leave the house as I think I will pee!

Tom needed his driving licence for work otherwise couldnt drive the company car anymore?!!? !!!!!! He has worked there for years and yesterday they decided it needed to be done today or no car. I cant flipping well find it can I? One more drawer to search and if its not there I havnt a clue where it is

Anything else for today? Might as well get it all over in a oner
