well here i come in to my own
i have been looking non stop for the past few weeks at cars to fit my lot in and i think i know most of them on the market lol!!!
most people carriers seat 7, there is a mercedes traveliner that seats 9 but from there on in its minibus territory. you will need to upgrade your licence to a pcv for 16 seater i think?
i have gone for something wacky and an 8 seater as i have never heard of a stepwagon before and fell in love with it! it also has a great boot size which is something you may have to look into.
Hope this helps and please ask if you want more info lol!! i would keep Lucy's car as it will just be the 2 of you and baby during the day and would be lots cheaper than taking a big bus out!
:T
Well, I drove a minibus about 10 years ago for work related purposes, but not for personal reasons.
We will keep Lucy's car and I was going to buy myself a nice new car, but in reality it needs to fit us all.
As we are fortunate enough to be able to buy a car straight out, i'd like something a bit sturdy.
I can see some more thought is needed.0 -
VW buses are cool, MOTM! At least I think so and I'm only 8 years older than your eldest :rotfl:
I'll put it to the girls. I don't want to spend too much money despite having it. It may eb we get something cheap (if these can be bought cheap) and another car.
Too many options, but noine jumping out at me.0 -
MOTM - look here, she may be able to, she would certainly fit the criteria.Proud to be dealing with my debts

Huh? *confused*
MOTM my parents had a VW camper van. It leaked petrol fumes into the main area and almost killed everyone in the back - if you get one get it checked. And remember there aren't seatbelts in the back.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

That would suggest she can. Having looked at paperwork and licence, I definitely can and that link you posted suggests Lucy should be able too.
I will do 99% of the driving anyway, I suspect.
Thanks for the links!0 -

Think she may have meant SJ.
Eurgh. Not keen on no seatbelts. That's compulsory.0 -

Wow, I'm pretty sure E almost weighs more than Finn!! Mind, it's only a guess as I haven't had him weighed in donkey's, but the Wii Fit said he was 18lbs

Sorry, kindof. I'm an idiot *blushes*
Why not mix some kind of other fruit with the baby rice? I still use baby cereal for Molly's breakfast, mixed with fruit purees.
Edit: I saw the article and think Gisele Bunchen should be poked with pointy sticks till she resembles a rather useless colander.
Some women can't breastfeed because they don't produce enough milk, or have extremely sensitive nipples, or have to go back to work to feed their other children. It's none of her damned business what other mothers do.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

The thing that annoys me about it is it's yet another person telling people what they should do.
She should butt out
Thought the link was going to be about that French woman last week with 8 babies. Made me feel very ill.0
