I had a bath ran for me after Lexi was born Bleugh! Asked for a shower so I could wash my hair, Tom was like 'you have just washed, blow dried and straightened your hair at home an hour ago through contractions!' :rotfl::rotfl:

I had to take a stool and my hubby into the shower with me because I could hardly use my legs after 2 epidurals :rotfl::rotfl:


Will see what hubby says about MIL tonight. Maybe just taking her out for a day or 2 before we go would work???

i think she would live on milk alone but cutting it down doesnt help her eat any better and i cant see any more teeth? think its just one of those things as she is a stubborn little madam at the moment?

MFD you could always take me on holiday and ill even watch the boys while you and OH get a night out lol!

Caz, I'd just carry on as you normally would, sit her down with everyone else and offer her the same meal... If you don't make a fuss or an issue then she'll probably get over herself pretty quickly...

Lexi is driving me insane right now with her eating habits, meal times are awful right now as we always end up in a tussle! Its obviously bothering me more than it is her. She is a fussy little madam and it seems the more I make of it the more she plays up for me, so Im being sneaky and not taking her on when she starts and take the plate away but just keep going over and popping bits into her mouth!
Not a long term solution but she eats and I keep my sanity.
Sorry not that helpful but at least you know your not the only one

thanks for that its good to know im not the only one! she just doesnt seem interested at all and its not putting her up not down. i put her in her seat at meal times when we are eating but she usually sits or attempts to throw her plate when she wants out. im not really giving her anything inbetween to see if she will become hungry and eat but i think she is drinking more milk to make up for it.

I agree with Bruno, a day out or taking her out for dinner would be a lovely gesture, but perhaps not on holiday....

Hello Elliot has spent the morning with a new friend, she's older (4) but they seemed to get on well, he even gave her a hug and kind of took a liking to her pink cup! Hehe! He then spent the afternoon in his cot recovering from all the excitement!
