Hi Redstar, Im not new just been absent for a while .... How many children do you have? Hope that you have a peaceful night after the jabs. With both of mine it was the only time I ever got a full nights sleep!

Hi Sparkle - I've got two; Amelie who's nearly 5 and Freddie, who's 16 weeks tomorrow. I really hope you're right about the peaceful night, I could do with a bit more sleepWorking hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'

Red - I always found that Benjamin was fine on the day of his jabs, and perhaps for a couple of days later but then he was crabby and that his crabbiness could last up to 10 days
Right - can someone tell me I am mad - I am considering inviting MIL to come away with us because she has been a bit down lately but I know I will want to get away from her if she does come...I need a slap!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

Now you mention it, Amelie always used to be like that so hopefully Freddie won't take after her too much!
Rather than invite MIL to go away with you, could you suggest dinner? Then it's not too long a time to spend together...Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'

You could always take my MIL away
TBH, we spent 1 night in London with our In Laws and that was more than enough for both of us... I physically shudder when they mention us all going to Butlins together... But then I imagine your MIL would be a bit more considerate of Benjamin than my In Laws are for my children...
Sparkle... Dry SHampoo? What's wrong with scraping back into a ponytail?A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I have a friend who only washes her fringe in situations like that Sparkle :T I HAVE to wash my hair every morning or it gets incredibly greasy. I can't remember the last time I didn't wash it. I even did it as soon as I could walk after having Benjamin!!
Will have to ponder the MIL thing. She is just really down atm and it makes me really sadplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120
