3, I don't know if you've seen but I included you in the FB message thread I sent to my lawyer friends. There's a very brief reply and more to follow.

Husband and Molly have gone out to give me some relaxing time. I have used it to do dishes, clean the kitchen counter, sort a bunch of stuff and do all my banking. Am I a real mummy now or just a mug?

Edit: SJ I am now shoe shopping for you too

On another note, Little L had his first night in his cot in the other room, and DH and I were in our bed. Had the monitor on so I could hear him, i think i slept better for it, and didnt even ask DH for help with any of it once, including the explosive poo at 4am!!!

I think Im getting good at this mummy malarky....

Desperately need new mummy uniform though.... need more jeans and cardis LOL
And new moisturiser. Any recommendations? I've got fairly dry skin atm but it used to be fairly oily..... I know Im dehydrated though so Im trying to work on a plan to make sure I get back into the habit of eating properly and drinking liquids other than tea and coke!!!

YAY for L being in his own room E was in his own room from 4 weeks as well and we have the monitors on, I think all 3 of us slept better for it

Gym - Awww it sounds lush we are staying in a hotel, we always stay at the same place, there are 10 of us going, that was the only thing I was worried about was getting back to the room for him to go to bed, cos he goes to bed at 7.30pm so we will be bored lol, I think I might buy a internet dongle for the laptop so I can just play on that

Well E had a fab night at my mam's he went to bed at 7.30pm (only had 3oz of milk then) woke at 12.30am for a bottle, then didnt wake till 7.00am now why cant he do that here lol

Ive just made him 9 portions of pear, so he has that and 7 portions of carrot, I want to make him some butternut squash but my containers of pear arent frozen yet and I only have 4 left, so I am gonna have to wait till they are frozen then take them out etc

I think it is quite common for sleep to go wrong once they master something new, just because it is so excited. Someone (maybe someone on here, I can't remember) said it is like if you learnt how to fly - you would be too excited to sleep if that happened!

we have succussfully negotaited Venture - we are paying a bit more than we told them we could afford on top of our voucher, but not more than we had decided we were prepared to pay, so now we are getting two pictures in the smallest size. So we are getting two pictures for £50 which still feels a bit of a rip off, but they are lovely pictures

And I have two new front tyres on my car. And my parents are babysitting tonight, so we can go out for dinner We are going to walk there, so we can drink ome wine too :beer:. Luxury - we've only been out 4 times since Izzy was born, but we are trying to arrange to go at least once a month now. We have a wedding in August and September, so no excuses for them!

SS - stop linking to shoes I can't wear... it isn't fair (I'm waiting for the winter stock to come back in - I need to replace my poor old boots as they are on their last legs!) I have to wear flat shoes with proper support, and because my feet are so shallow and narror I can't wear slip ons or they just fall off! I have to wear mary janes or something where I am strapped into them. Or boots, but then I get a bit warm in August

Oh Sami I could walk in them! Shame they only go up to a size 2

Edited to add that I have just found out that heelies do come in my size though... it is a good thing that I know my limitations and don't want to go to hospital

Ladybird you can get kicker boots in grown up sizes too, just not lego ones
I love mary janes like you too, hows about these beauties just don't look at the price!
