MOTM I've just seen that your old lady neighbour was asking if you were going to have a vasectomy
I hope you asked her what one was.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

 Just picked J up from creche and got a letter saying they were increasing fees by £10 a day from 1st Sept and then by another £10 a day from April 11!
They are blaming the PCT and saying they won't subsidise the fees anymore but they will be getting a strongly worded letter as an increase of £30 to £50 for a sh1tty building that smells when its wet and sother reasons I'm yet to think of is ridiculous.
So, a public sector pay freeze, my job on the line and now this
£1000 a month childcare will be OH's wages when he goes down to 4 days a week!
Need to play around with some figures
Glam- thats a joke!!
Kian's nursery is £35 per day or £125 for the full week. how can they justify charging sooo much? is there other nurseries you can use? that might be cheaper. lots use the voucher system as well.
wont be on much in next week as all my family are over from Ireland for the christening. although at the moment Kian, mum and sis are all asleep :rotfl:
got my haircut today!! its fab!! its a bit like Dannii Minogues that she had on x-factor last year.
got all the 'non-food' things for the buffet, just the food to get tomorrow.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
I'm looking at local ones that are £35, I plan to put an average local nursery cost in my letter so that they can see how ridiculous they are.
my friend is going to be CM for £30 a day so he might go to her for 3 days and then somewhere else for 2 days.
Because I get the tax efficient scheme through work I need to work out how much it will cost, I wonder if they want to close it down which is why they are doing it to make people go elsewhere.
Will use the vouchers otherwiseA very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

All is now calm in the MOTM household. Little discussion had and the younger 5 are going to call Lucy, mum. The older 2 both decided Lucy is how they want to keep it, but are happy for her to be mum and will go about their business as if she is their mum. Not much difference as Lucy has taken on that role anyway. In public Lucy will also be considered to be mum, therefore if anyone asks, Lucy will say they are her children - after all, like people have said, it's no-one elses business anyway is it?
Little else will change, as I say, Lucy has taken the mother role anyway and she's mature beyond her 29 years and a fantastic role model for them, which they've missed female wise. She also looks fantastic for a girl with seven children :rotfl:
Most importantly everyone is happy, although when the first person called her mum, Lucy looked scaredbut she'll get used to it and is enjoying it, I can tell
Anyway, enough of that.....hopefully everybody else is well and has a good evening. Any plans......?0 -

No, I told her I hadn't finished yet and when she was about to respond I asked her how Harry her husband was today and I sidetracked her :rotfl:She'll be back, probably with leaflets from the NHS :rotfl:

MOTM, your missing a good one, I think this years Big Bro is the best yet, for once I haven't spent most of the time watching it being annoyed with the housemates, there are some really funny ones this year and both me and OH were laughing out loud at this weeks shopping task
I agree, I think this series is awesome, the task this week is mint!
MOTM lol I guess thats where we vary, I think everyone is nice but Ben is a !!!!! sometimes lol
CAFC - that sounds like my OH as well lol I think he finds E boring, although E is doing a lot more now than he used to obv, as for you sleeping in Landens room with him !!!! that! E sleeps in his own room and has since he was 4 weeks old as he was too big for his moses basket and the cot wouldnt fit in our room, anyhoo OH just had to learn to sleep through E's wakes up in the night (we have monitors) OH sleeps with his arm over his ear lol, I do all the night feeds during the week when OH is at work, but on a weekend OH tends to stay up till 3am sometimes so he does the first night feed and sometimes the second and I get a full night sleep
CAFC also you need to tell your OH to stop being such a winer! Of course Landen is going to wake up still, and 5 hours is a good time, E has a bottle at 7.30pm and then 11.30pm, then 3.30am then gets up at 5am lol
(((HUGS)))) EA I hope your dad is ok
E is at my mam's tonight, I hope he is getting on ok, he was there a fortnight ago, and he screamed for 3 hours straights and had really smelly pumps in the end me and OH had to go and pick him up cos mam was getting really upset cos she couldnt calm him down and felt so bad, OH has gone out and I am worried that mam will need us to get E and I cant get ahold of E (I live in Northumberland and often we have no signal if you arent in the town) I mean mam has probs had him 8 times and only had a bad time once so the odds of it happening again are slim but I am still stressing, I am just hoping she texts soon and says he is tucked up in bed lol

Which one? So just so I know where i'm going right :rotfl:Grinning is good, people should do it more
Ooh nice pyjamas. We're going to settle down soon and start some lists before the girls go to bed. They stay up later in the hols, which they like. Will have a look at those socks you linked (if I can find the link) and those baby clubs that Susan listed need to be looked at with Lucy.kindofagilr wrote: »I agree, I think this series is awesome, the task this week is mint!

I don't even know who he is, so maybe that's a good thing. I just liked the blonde girl in her bikini who left this week because her boyfriend had cheated on her and she couldn't handle it. Don't know her name0 -

I wanted to watch this series cos I used to watch it years ago and with this being the last series, they are bringing back some of the old contestants for a champion of big brother winner for 3 weeks, so I wanted to make sure I knew who the people were from this series, and I was hooked from the first episode I watched where mario was dressed as a mole and had to do secret tasks as a mole to get in the house ... geniusDebt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)
