So since I last posted we've gotten married & been to the lakes for a few days :D Very lovely, glad to be away from DHs (weird!) family to celebrate his 30th. Also discovered how hard restaurants are with little babies

    Congratulations gymfiend xx:j

Hi Gym. Congratulations :) I've not heard of a Mutsy ... have googled, but I think I would have to see it in person to decide what I think of it!

Kindof - just thought, my Asda ones are size 3s. Do you want me to send you a couple in the post? I think they go up to 20lbs. They're like little pants that you pull on.

Huge congrats Gymfiend - can we see some pics please?

Glam - those nursery prices are extortionate

I need to start looking at nurserys soon :( Most of the ones I've seen say 8am - 6pm. I don't get out of work until 5.45 so it's touch and go that I'll get there for 6 - does anyone know if in general they give you a bit of leeway? Ie would it be a problem if I didnt get there until 10 past? I might have to look at one near where I work rather than near where I live.

    Congrats Gym.

Unsettled baby today but she has gone to sleep now - first time she has really cried for more than a couple of mins forgotten how stressful it is. First week of the holidays survived 5 and a half to go.

:rotfl: I'll tune in some time and see if I can catch this guy in action.

Rachel won it 2 or 3 years ago - she was the Welsh girl who beat the blind guy in the final two.

Ah I see, I didnt watch that series lol :rotfl:

Gym - Thanks for the offer :) I am going to try them on E when he gets back from my mams tomorrow lol cos loads of people have told me they might still fit him

CONGRATS MR AND MRS GYMFIEND :) I am going to the lakes in oct and am scared/worried/not sure how E is going to be lol

Gill - Thanks for the offer, I'll see if these fit E when he comes back and if not them yes please lol

Well ive just text mam to see how she was getting on, and she rang and all appears to be well so far lol, (we fed him his pear puree and then he had a bottle of milk (9oz) at 5pm) I told mam E goes to bed at half 7 so she tried him on a bottle before bed and he only took 3oz but then he did go to bed at 7.45pm and as far as I know he is still in bed asleep lol

Oh and Ive just bought these from asda http://direct.asda.com/george/women-s-clothing/character-shop/grumpy-dopey-pyjamas/GEM46571,default,pd.html soooooooooooooooo comfy

3 I can't believe what happened on your hols, how utterly ridiculous. Have you posted the story online anywhere else? i.e. so when people google the company your review would come up? Sorry if you have but I've not managed to read back much.

    Congratulations Gym! :T:T

I've not posted the story anywhere yet - but I intend to once i've had my refund.

EA I hope your Dad is ok. :grouphug:

Mine shuts at 5.45pm and is £5 for every 15 mins after that.
Can you not change your working hours?

Most local nurseries range from £27 to £36 so that will be going in the letter as well.

MIL has said that the Local Health Board in West Wales is crying out for experienced NHS managers and her friends uncle is one of the guys in charge so she's gonna get me more info. MIL is dropping down to 4 days a week so we'd have 1 day's childcare sorted ;)
The Welsh Government rocks compared to these cowboys.
