I miss people too, but then also wonder whether I am being unobservant and they have in fact posted and I have missed it.

Sami has been quiet recently and I am still waiting to hear how Fitz's dirty night away went! I miss Boo and Henry's 'twin', Isla! I NEED to know how much future DIL is!

Big difference between being missed, and someone posting saying you are being missed, though :)

Very true, Bruno. I'm not sure who's MIA and who isn't, since I've been MIA myself for a week - but it does make me sad when people stop posting (not only because I like hearing about everyone's little ones and bigguns and what they're up to).

Glam, I'm sorry J was sick, it sounds awful :( I missed the row so I'm not going to comment on it, but massive fluffy hugs all round and I'm off to bed.

  • MFD and Krystal - you will love the night garden live.... ( or your LO's will) had a great time and would def recommend it :) we sat right at the front as we had priority tickets but its that small ( only 13 rows) you will have a great view where ever you are sat. We got there at 3pm for the 3.45 show and were at the front of the queue.

3- hope you get some answers to this awful situation. x

Thanks for coming back on glam, I always assume when people are MIA that they are too busy having good time in RL! Too much of an optimist sometimes, I hope jack is better soon and you get some lovely new kitchen stuff :)

The cat has been let out of the bag :o

Was going to announce but got pulled away by one of my clan who needed me more, plus read my response to Glam below.

Glam - I don't frequent enough to 'miss' but you are one of the ones that has helped me the most and always been friendly and honest here, so it's with sadness that I read of your sadness about posting here.

I don't post myself often as I don't feel I really fit in and a lot of my posts are not responded too, although people do respond to many of them. I don't feel a belonging and I doubt people do ask after me. Not an issue for me, but I'm a busy chap, especially with the school hols, but I'd imagine for you it's more noticeable as you've made friends here, met a number of the posters and generally feel a big part of here.

So I half didn't announce as it wouldn't be big news to many.

Anyway, I hope you feel a bit better soon as you are an integral part of this thread and I for one enjoy reading your posts as I know a lot do.

I did treat myself to a decent 4 slice toaster and a Microwave with a convection oven and gril to tide us over til we find an oven we like in a sale somewhere. Should have come to about £150 in Argos but got them for £90 :D
