Had a trip to ikea today, overdraft couldnt really afford it but hey ho, got a lovely kids table and chairs for the dining room/playroom, the kids love it, seen a bed i want for jasmine, think someone here linked to it a while ago, its got bars on one side so if pushed against a wall would be like a big cotbed, it looks even nicer in real life, think once she's out the cot i'll get her one of them,

Jake got a school report from nursery today, he's so good,got lots of lovely comments in it,

anyway enough from me hope everyone is ok xx

OH is off - it's his first day of shifts which has turned out to be a rest day. The shift pattern is confusing me, he's on til 10pm tomorrow - will he eat when he gets home? And a couple of 3am finishes at the weekend, his sleep pattern is going to be messed up. I'm sure we'll get used to it eventually.

DH is working until midnight tonight, he'll have something light when he comes in - cheese toastie probably.

When my dad was a DC if was a mad late finish, he'd swap his meals around - a good meal before he went to work then something light when he came in, ie end the day with breakfast IYKWIM.

money ... or lack of it .. did the snowball thing on DFW and if i dont get my !!!! in to gear my debt free day wont be til feb 2012 :eek: .. kicking myself for not taking the hours at work today now x

OH !!!!!!....I have just realised I have made a whole batch of bottles up wrong!!! I have just given T one of them too!! Not drastic, but I have put 160ml of water in with 5 scoops instead of 150ml.....dunce!!!

Evening everyone,

Had a catch, hugs all round.

I think the last week has finally caught up with Katie, she had her tea, crawled onto my lap, put her dummy in and fell asleep! It was 6.30! So I sneaked a cuddle for half an hour then put her in bed there hasn't been a murmur. It put an end to my plan to a trip to Aldi for some food.

She has spent the last 2 days reenacting Wizard of Oz, I went to work with a huge smile on my face as she sung Somewhere Over the Rainbow as I walked out of the door.
