You would have been quite welcome, I am in the process of reorganising the Office at the moment and there is now a mattress in the spare room for the first time in about a year, its not on the bed, but you know, its getting closer.

On the salt question I am probably a bit of a lax mummy since I don't mind Henry having things like baked beans and pesto as long as it's not at every meal. I do use low salt bouillion instead of stock cubes in my cooking and don't add salt to anything so i figure that a little bit in some processed things will be okay.
