Evening all!
I'm so pleased for you Mel, so so so pleased! I hope you can put the first 8 weeks of T's life behind you and concentrate on enjoying everything that is to come! :j
Just to clear things up, I havent been involved in any nasty behind the scenes PM-ing. And to my knowledge there hasnt been any nasty beind the scenes PM-ing over the past couple of days either. A bit of food for thought there, for people assuming things that arent happening are happening! I cannot and will not apologise for having an opinion. That is all.
So, how is everyone?Mummy to

Amber can drink through a straw! Does this mean she's no longer a baby? We bought the boys those cups with the straws that wind round the cup (they have lids too) and she grabbed one, I thought she was just chewing at the straw, but no, she was helping herself to juice.
I think you can get baby beakers with straws? Might get her one. She's only just started using a cup for juice.Krystaltips wrote: »Tia, Caitlyn's a wizz with a straw too... She shucked back nearly a whole carton of apple juice the other day!
I don't have any cups with curly straws though... They don't go through the dishwasher well...hammyhunter wrote: »Ahhh D gazes at my tea too. He also likes chewing water

Glad to hear you're not involved Em, it was just the way your post was written, it seemed to imply that you and others had been discussing MOTM. But do you think it's right to call him a 'bit of a drip'? I didn't think that was very nice.
In other news, I'm going to a party this weekend and there is a competition for the most innovative cake baked at the party, does anyone have any ideas?Mum to DD born Oct 2009

Innovative as in decoration or ingredient Jenny?
Susan, the thermos cups I linked to, you have to tip them back to get the water out, the straw is only on the lid so it's more of a slip top spout than a straw into the cup...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
