indeed i no spelling a bug bare of yours, sorry think you know my mistakes a mile of by now
No worries about that, my dear. You have no need to apologise to me! I understand why you make 'em. I'm just thinking that certain idiots in the thread might've been trying to google your misspelled one and not being able to find it, dismissing you as a liar. I really can't abide people like that. *gives you a hug*
Seriously, I have half this thread on ignore. It looks really weird. *g*Homosexual, Unitarian, young, British, female, disabled. Do you need more?0 -
*nods* I find my grown-up cat helps a lot with my stress levels, too. She's a beautiful girl, and she isn't a lap-cat but she loves to be petted and talked with (yep, 'with' not 'to', as she does reply even though I can't always understand her!).
oh she knows every word i say i swaer it shes not you average dog by a long shot,
shes woke me up in the middle of the night twice when i was having astma attack,
this was infront of the charity boss and her hubby this shocked her, el was pacing back and forward i have a front door and a second to keep draft out second door is a full wood door , little did i no she was telling me the front door was open going back and forward pacing and crying
she knows when iam in pain badly and never leaves my side when iam like that , but that why if every step hurts its worth it for to see her play with other dogs and look like a puppy playing , this is the same girl that was sold to me as she was stealing a 2 and a half year olds dummy at 5 months old not supriesed she had no toys of her own or even a bed now she is so soft with kids even babys mates barin was 9 month old and ella rolls on her back asking for her tummy tickled with me holding her and she does this everytime she sees my freinds little girl thats now nearly 2 if shes in her crate she still does it lol
iam proud of her, i love her buts shes my lovely little monkey at times0 -

Also, if you want to use the argument that blue badges are being abused or fraudulently obtained you'll have to back it up with facts and the sources you obtained them, otherwise it's just waffle.0

I've been following this thread with interest.
I got ovarian cancer 6 years ago and also had an operation for DVT. This caused muscle problems in my left thigh, and I was later diagnosed with marked osteoarthritis in both hips.
I have subsequently had Heart Failure and Ischaemic Heart Disease.
I didn't want to give in and accept a diagnosis of 'Disabled' until I finally accepted the inevitable. So I have recently applied for DLA - still awaiting the outcome - and a Blue Badge, because I was told it would be quicker.
I was awarded the Blue Badge today, based on my illnesses, and my GP's confirmation.
I can walk about 10 yards before I am gasping for breath and have to stop. If I force myself to continue, when I feel able to, which takes a few minutes, after a few more steps I continue to be doubled up whilst gasping for breath, and the severe pain in my left thigh kicks in.
AS I said, I left it until I got to this stage before I applied. I'm 62 years old, and still don't really want to label myself 'disabled'.
But I do hope I will now be awarded DLA, because my OH has had to stop work in order to help look after me!0 -
just to update, they wrote to me today saying they have acknowledged my appeal and are waiting to hear back from my gp - who ive spoken to :j2 esa medicals passed successfully (support group - it can be done!!)!! :j0

Just because we can't see a person's disability, doesn't mean they haven't got one. For instance many people with heart conditions get a blue badge.Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0

Because you arnt entitled to one!
I've reported you for contravening the forum rules; that post was spiteful, unnecessary and ill-informed.
I'm now adding you to my ignore list, along with several other people in this thread, as you have crossed the line from civil but annoying posts into just annoying.Homosexual, Unitarian, young, British, female, disabled. Do you need more?0 -

Since when you were a medical expert with acces to Ash's medical records?
Ash - you won't need to write much I don't think. You just need to explain why you disagre with their decision and enclose medical infomation.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
