Since when you were a medical expert with acces to Ash's medical records?
Ash - you won't need to write much I don't think. You just need to explain why you disagre with their decision and enclose medical infomation.
It amazes me how many people are experts about all medical conditions and feel they can determine whether a person is entitled to a Blue badge or benefits. Surely it's up to the Benefit people/Medical experts etc to decide on who gets what.Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0 -
Just because we can't see a person's disability, doesn't mean they haven't got one. For instance many people with heart conditions get a blue badge.
And?
ash dosnt deserve a BB if you read her own words since she started to post here, my aunt has serious heart problems and she deserves her BB because she cant walk far.0 -

Sorry, I haven't read all the threads - I was just replying to OP. I was just saying that not all disabilities are obvious, and if she has got other benefits, then I can't understand why she hasn't been awarded a Blue Badge.Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0 -

Blue Badges are for those who deserve it and the Benefit system is there for those who need it. Why do so many people have a problem with others receiving benefits/blue badges etc because they go out work to earn money - would they really like the illness or disabilty instead? I think not. Be happy with your lot if life - it's a cliche, but life is too short to let this get to you!Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0

I honestly don't think people have a problem with others getting DLA/BB badges it's those who appear to abuse the system that irks others.Blue Badges are for those who deserve it and the Benefit system is there for those who need it. Sunnyone - since when did you know the extent of Ash's disabilities? You don't. Disabilities change over time; so whilst Ash might've been able to walk so far 6 months ago, doesn't mean she can now.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

Read ALL her posts and the answers she has given me when I asked her about her conditions a couple of weeks ago, shes having a flare up and they are normally short leaving her able to walk most of the time therefore she isnt entitled to HRM which she wants desperatly before she is 25 and she has even had the audacity to ask how to swing it in her favor when she so obviously isnt normally unable to walk or virtually unable to walk.
Not that she sings from the same songsheet everyday, she contradicts herself so much it bodering on down right lieing.
i have no reason to lie and anyone thast knows me will say that, single sue has the same issues as myslef baring my mental health you no that, i also have asthma and you dont take that into concereration i can get out of breath easy with inhalres
