    Hello, :wave:
    Today I got a new hen (called Noodle) and she's enjoyed exploring the garden and veg patch. She's an Amber Link - mostly white with some cream feathers.

    I just tucked them all in for the night and the other 3 were being very mouthy about sharing their perch and coop with a newcomer. She's holding her own though.

    Tomorrow I'm running the Jane Tomlinson 10k

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    It's horrible Beanie, it's almost as if I'm drunk and I feel as though I'm going to faint/vomit. Now imgaine this feeling on a tube full of footie fans who each time the tube is at a station jumping up and down. Oh and then add in a sprinkle of male testoterone. (SP)

    Seems a bit cooler out there which I am sure the runners will be thankful for.

    Off to support Mum in a bit and then back in time for the Mens Wimbledon final.........top totty Nadal !
