okies water is in, pork is in..... now i know its a slow cooker, but how slow? like if i put it on the lowest setting now, will it be cooked for 3pm tomorrow or do i put it on in the morning?

I'm doing the cambridge diet down, and i have to drink 2.5 litres a day 3 meal replacements and a low calorie meal

Oh right, I guess the theory to that is that your body becomes bloated with water which is of no caloric value?

2.5litres was the min a year ago... But sip not gluge, you could end up with water intoxification if you drink too much in one go

Is it pure water? as in not inclusive of coffee etc? 2.5 liters seems alot. I know we are supposed to drink 2 liters anyway but well i dont know haha. I really ought to start cutting down, im 16 stone and 5'11" so i am classed as obese on the body mass index charts
