Not sure how long it takes for it to start working but some people on the weightloss thread have lost in the first week on CD

If you fancy a bit of extra support you are very welcome to join us all on the DFW weighloss thread Claire, there are a few Daily chatters on there:D

    Evening all

    Blimey it's still warm.

Hoping I sleep better tonight - didn't get out for my walk yesterday due to the sciatica and had jumpy legs all night long....walked 3 miles today (and got very, very stressed out during the walk - those of you on FB will know why...) came back and did the gardening, cooked spag bol for tea and cooked some bits for a picnic tomorrow....shattered now.

Just been sat in the garden reading, but it got a bit chilly so I had to come in - very weird when you think how hot it has been!

Any of you near a Morrisons? If you are go and buy some Spoony's ice cream. Its bogof for £2.99 but its exactly the same as Ben and Jerrys, just lighter and less callories. Still high in fat/cal though but better than B&J's. I am eating 'funky, chunky, double choc muffin' :rotfl:
