LMC - I am feeling better than I was thanks. I still get the odd dizzy spell but nothing like it has been. Thanks for asking.

Scaredy - that top is gorgeous. Are you thinking of getting it?

    Gorgeous top Scaredy.

Beanie, I use sun lotion from the pound shop. It works fine, but it is very hard to rub in.

DNO, if I've read it right, you're in a similar position to me, you have debts but most of them aren't being chased. What I'm doing is putting enough aside each month to be able to pay them off within a reasonable time (my goal is January when I'm 30). Then if they don't chase and they become statute barred then there's a nice little lump sum there.

Afternoon all, I don't have anything planned for today, so I guess reading and housework.

tenmah, glad to hear you're feeling a better. I hope you have a packet of sweets handy for those 'dizzy' moments.

Scaredy, if you like it treat yourself!

Ames, how are the OU courses going?]

Beanie, Boots Summer Essential Suncream works really well.

good luck Claire with the diet.

Had a very nice night guys, thanks for asking...

Now-can I give you all a lesson about suncream?

    1. Facot 15 offers 97% sun protection IF used properly
    2. Used PROPERLY means applying at least a half an hour before you go in the sun
    3. use at least an egg cup full to cover all your exposed areas
    4. find one that suits you (some sun creams give me heat rash!)
    5. higher number will only offer a tiny bit more protection AND cost you loads more
    5. I used factor 15 or 8 on me and the kids whilst in Florida-re-applied regularily and we never burned, not once
    6. stay out of the sun (if possible) between 10-3
    7. I have heard good things about that p20 but not used it yet

    Hear endeth the sermon

LMC, the OU courses aren't going. I've failed one and got really behind on the other. so I'm going to interrupt the one I'm behind on and rejoin it next year, and I've got forms for the one I've failed so they can take into account that I've been ill lately. I'm not sure whether I want to do that or just fail it completely though. It depends how it'll affect my degree overall.
