  • Phew, I'm glad it's not just me getting the double posting, I thought I was going mad. Plus I'm finding the new forums really slow.

claire, I drink 6 litres of water whilst at work, and have two or three pints of water when I get home. If I don't stay hydrated the results can be deadly, as my OH and his family found out when we went on a day trip to London and it made the tube journey very interesting.

Blimey-most days I don't drink any water at all! I've had a few the last few days as it's been so hot, but I don't normally bother.
