Well, I'm waiting for the runners to go past, it was supposed to start ten minutes ago but there's still cars on the road. Then when the roads open again this afternoon I need to nip to Mr.T's for a few bits.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Morning!
Claire-as Pap said-at LEAST 2.5 litres-over the day-dont try and drink it all at once. As for lettuce, a handful is about 2 tablespoons.
Good luck today Snags and Linda! And nice to see you Linda.
We are off to a hog roast later for a friends 40th with a stop at Ludlow castle on the way for the festival there. Its v good.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

Morning all
Good luck to the runners today.
Gorgeous breeze here this morning which is helping to keep the temperature down. I've persuaded both DD's to come out with us for a picnic today (although they've not yet risen from their pits). I'm sure the beach will be packed so we'll head to the cliffs after a paddle and watch the boats.
I've managed 5 NSD's now - quite easy when you don't have any to spend

Good luck all you runners and riders. Remember, go like a fast tortoise not a mad hare!!
Pooky I too hope you've reported that guy. Listen to Bun, she talks sense.
I am remembering what my second day post-op was like now. Just like someone's left a large piece of grit in my eye. Today may be a little uncomfortable to say the least.
