Ooh well done, I emailed them this morning, but no reply as yet. Maybe they've been inundated with emails now too

Mine arrived today! I am very pleased (although that's if it fits as I haven't tried any on yet - am at work)...obviously now being made up of much older stock than some of the earlier posts. I would have loved a summer dress but what i got will work for winter so that's fine.
My bag contained:
1 x brown long wraparound skirt with pinstripes
1 x long beige linen skirt with embroidery around the bottom
1 x black baggy long-sleeved cotton top
1 x black roll neck cotton top and another the same but a gorgeous deep scarlet colour
1 x black t-shirt with embroidered bow tie and waistcoat on it...it made me laugh to start with but if it fits, i think it will be my favourite item!! Should look cool with skinny jeans!

So 6 things in total and none of them a disaster (if they fit!)! Would definitely buy another later in the season in the hope of different stuff.

I ordered a 14. (Nice lady at customer services made sure I got one yesterday after badgering them endlessly!). I was unfortunate to miss out a couple of weeks ago - at the same time i ordered 2 full price tops and a full price pair of trousers but only kept 1 of the tops as the trousers were perfect around the waist but massive everywhere else and the other top emphasised my chest which I prefer not to do!!
Now really tempted to buy some of the summer reduced stuff - i was holding off incase i got any in my goody bag. I really love People Tree stuff but have always been put off by it being mail order (even though I really want to shop more fair trade and am happy to pay the prices). Sorry...rambling...you only asked me what size!!

I decided to return my bag in the end because I was only keen on 2 out of the 5 items, but after 12 days my recorded delivery royal mail tracker thing is still saying "is being progressed through our network for delivery".

Has anyone else here returned one? How long did it take for it to reach People Tree, and how long until the money was refunded?

I returned mine for an exchange and it seemed to take them absolutely ages to turn it around. The Royal Mail Tracker was a waste of time as it never showed as having been received. I got concerned after a week and emailed them and they replied saying they'd let me know when they got it - which they did. I think it was about 10 or 11 days after I posted it. Returns go to a 'warehouse' and then get sent up in batches every so often. So don't worry, whilst customer service seems to be good, they're just slow - which puts me off ordering from them again really
