Like many of you I was wanderin around the next website since this morning and when the slots were released my next account said I wasnt a 'chosen' one.I phoned CS (about 5pm) and they advised me that I was entitled to VIP a slot, but they were still having technical issues with a number of accounts so the VIP option wasnt available when loging in for those that it was meant to be. CS then spoke to the internet team and within I was advised they had given me a lot for weds and to check my account again within an hour and it would be available. I then recieved an email confirming my slot and it became available as they said. Maybe worth a shot if you havent recieved an email about the sale.

When you log in there should be links to the VIP Sale on the left hand side.

For what it's worth, my invite was on my account before I even got the email. So I booked my slot about 2-3 hours before the email inviting me even arrived. May not have got into the first slot otherwise.

I was on the VIP list for years then I had a runin with a girl in their store so I complained to Next. Also I complained as they tried to make me pay for goods never received. Anyway so they took me off the list shortly after my complaint which was suprising as my orders are very rarely under £500 (even if it's not a sale).

Today I got a postcode through the post to invite me to the sale as a VIP. So I logged in and all the good slots were gone! I used to get invited by email but not this time. I then received a text to inform me they will no longer do postcodes so to text them my email which I found odd considering they already hold it!
