No VIP slot yet again for me. I overspend with them every month so screw 'em. Time to close the account. I never get a slot and can order on OH's account without going overboard because he's go mental. It will save me a fortune.

Well i've spent all day refreshing my next account and got nothing then i tried logging on via inprivate browsing and it brought up a vip slot straight away woohoo!!!!!

I get the directory and have an account but didn't get a slot yet again.

i got a postcard today stating i had a slot i never got one last time so pleased the sale looks quite good my slot is the earliest i could get wednesday 9 - 11 pm

This is really strange - i've just done the same, and have a timeslot! it says "Time Slot Confirmed - Wed, 7pm - 11pm", however I never even picked this???? confused! not complaining about it of course, just strange as I never had a VIP just an hour ago, and now I do? and this was after phoning CS and them saying there was nothing that could be done.

No VIP slot for me. Bit disappointed as I was hoping to get some clothes for our daughter and number 2 baby and as I am 8 months pregnant there is no way I am braving the shops on Saturday :rotfl:

Looks like it will save me some money then!

Btw, I also fulfill all their criteria to get a slot and have had one in the past except I no longer get a paper copy of the Directory.

What I don't understand though is why Allocate so many slots 7-11 I think it's asking for trouble, unless they know the number of hits the server can tale before crashing and then using this number of slots for 7-11 hoping that some won't log on till after 7 but even if by a slim chance every slot holder did log in at 7 then the server will handle it. I still think hour slots are more sensible

I've got a VIP slot. Just noticed that Topcashback offer 1% on purchases. Do you think cashback is payable during the VIP slot by clicking through to My Account and VIP slot from there? I'm looking to spend around over £1000 so 1% would be a nice bonus.

Has anybody else got cashback this way with Next? Is it straightforward?
