Exactly the same with me,i refused to receive a cataloque so i guessed that's the reason why i have not received a vip invitation.:mad:

I refuse to pay £4 anything up to 10 times a year or whatever it is, just for a catalogue, so have asked them not to send them to me and I shop online instead. I guess this is what it means.

I sent them an email asking why they penalise customers who spend lots online and opt not to recieve a directory to save paper and support the environment. They sent me back a standard reply telling me what the critieria for an invite is which completely missed the point

It really is totally unfair, i've already sent a complaints email, I think another one will be in order! lol.

Oh my god I've got a VIP slot email,,,,,,never had one before in shock......7pm earliest I could get when does it start?

PS never had directory, they tried to deliver one earlier this year but I refused it, not paying for it!

Unfortunately I didn't get a slot this time. Can't moan as I've had them for the past couple of years. Can anyone tell me opening time at stores Sat morning. It says 7am on the site but has been 5am in the past ??

managed to log in at last but nothing showing for me which is weird as have had one every single sale for last few years. If you havent got one now I expect that means thats it I wont be getting one? I remember before I booked one on line then they rang and offered me a slot that way too and I got two slots!
