I don't think it does. I spend about £100 a month, pay in full every time but don't get a slot. I am pretty annoyed as they have messed me about recently - charged postage on an order that was meant to be free, sent a maternity dress instead of what I ordered for a night out (I'm really not that chubby - just a little bit), and sent me someone else's order (thrown behind my gate one day). I let them know and waited for a courier to collect it which put me out really. Still not a good enough customer to be a VIP. The same people seem to get the slots every time - the ones I know anyway.

Can I ask all the regular VIPs.The page allowing quickshop has a limit to the items allowed to be order. Do I have to make new order hence another delivery charge or can I get a new page without having to log back in again?

There is a limit of 10 items in quickshop, but once you've added them to your bag you can return to quickshop and add another 10 and keep going until you're finished. Happy shopping

The sale listings may be out of date.

I was trying to order some work shirts last night (full price) and a couple I was after were OOS, however they are showing on the sale search listing, for the size I wanted!! They either take items from normal website stock, ready for the sale (unlikely) or the sale listing is quite out of date?

No wonder things are never available when I do start my 'VIP' shop!!

theres a max of 70 items online, it wont let you add more than that in the sale, learned this the hard way one year after taking a friends order to and doing her stuff first and only getting half way through my list

Just noticed my local store is opening at 4am on Saturday. Just wondered for those that do go to the Sale when it opens how early do you get there?

What time is the sale starting instore this year? I know in the past it has started at 5am but I think I'm right in believing it started later at the winter sale. Not sure if that was because it was boxing day though.

Any help, much appreciated

Hi you can only order 70 things in one go but just checkout and then you can start a new order and as long as its all done at the same time you will only get charged for one delievery charge but if when your statement comes and you have 2 or 3 delievery charges on there ring them up and explain that you had to do more than one order and they will take them off for you. I have done this several times hth

I just posted above you, my local store is opening at 4am, the smaller ones a bit further out are opening at 5am. I looked up the Store Opening times on the website and it should tell you there which time your local one is opening.
