I don't think they are out of date, I think they have taken them out of stock. I wanted about 10 items (kids clothes) about 2 weeks ago all OOS in the size I wanted and now all in stock in the sale pages in the sizes I want, this happened last year as well and like you I thought the sale preview must be incorrect but it wasnt and everything showing on the preview that was OOS on the website arrived!! In this instance ill let you know when my order comes!!

For those asking about VIP's. Ive had them about the last 3 years Summer and the one they do mid way through except ONE time. All the other times I got an invite I had placed an order within 1 month of the sale starting, on the occassion I didnt get an invite, while I had ordered out of that seasons catalogue it was maybe 3ish months before, this is the ONLY thing I did different, this time, I tried my theory (after missing out on the last sale) and ordered abuot £100 of stuff (which is going back as its all in the sale now anyway DOH) 2 weeks before this sale and low and behold I got invited again. So it may not be correct but this is my (current) theory of why Ive been invited! Oh I also have about 3k left of a credit limit, but I don't pay my account every month usually pay £20-£30 ABOVE the min then ask for.

^^same with me too i always place an order for around £50 worth of clothes the month of the sale so my account is shown as active

i have a slot for wed 9 - 11pm and would be willing to try and order you one and send in post if you were prepared to cover the costs ?

You don't need to order online if you have a sale slot. You can order by telephone if it's any faster. Which i've found it is.

The first year that i haven't had a VIP slot. Miserable woman on the phone when i rang also. I spend £100's every year. So tempted just to cancel my account.
