I don't understand that if it's so random, I've had a slot of the last 5 years, which is how long I've been doing the sale with them.

You have received the Next Directory this season and placed an order.) goes back to when we first introduced the VIP sale, this was when online ordering was not as popular as it is today and all Next Directory account holders received the Catalogue as a matter or course. Naturally, this does need updating.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=+0]The main criteria is that the customers that are chosen are actively placing orders within the current season wether online or by phone from the catalogue.[/SIZE] We do encourage online customers, not only for the green issue but also the costs involved in producing the book, the majority of which is bourn by ourselves.

Once again I am very sorry that on this occasion your account was not chosen for this facility and I am very sorry for any inconvenience

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

i cancelled my directories as i too sho online and did not want the catalogues arriving, gathering dust and then going to the recycling. in an age when we should be watching our waste levels this policy is archaic and just not enviro friendly.

to be fair though i will not cry as i find that the sales have been very poor over the last year or so with not much decent stuff left

Shal I look through the preview and write all the numbers down then use the quickshop x

I have also had VIP slots for the past 4 years, i do buy from next 4-5 times a year mainly for children's clothes, i dont spend a fortune with them, i always pay my bill on time and often pay the full amount owed, i'm not sure if this makes any difference to getting a VIP slot.

I use quick shop but prepared for it to crash, last year i couldn't even get on to the site and had to order over the phone (took me an hour to get through but at least i had my numbers wrote down).

am I correct in saying you don't need the last 2 numbers and letter, just the first 6 numbers when using the Quickshop? last year I typed it all out then realised that you didn't need to!

Yep, don't worry about the last 3 digits just the first 6 (with the - in the middle). This has always worked for me.
