To make a mistake is one thing, we all do it, nobody who has posted on this thread is claiming to be perfect. However, to come onto a forum and post indignant threads because you can't admit your mistake is quite another.

I actually think the OP has done well out of this. All the posters having a go in this thread wouldn't have complained to Morrisons, and just put it down to bad luck (I certainly would have). The OP had the nerve to complain and has had the lost money replaced in vouchers.
