No, she's trying to get a refund/replacement for the toilet paper she left in the Morrisons car park.0 -

No, but 10 characters needed so still no.0 -
Whilst I agree that it is the OP's fault for not taking their money, I would have handed it in to Customer Services - but I guess we can't all rely on honesty these days can we
Did you report the matter to the police (since you have access to video evidence) ? Would this counts as theft ?
PS: I think Morrisons have gone well beyond their duty by offering £20 in vouchers - well done to them :T
I think it would go down as theft by finding. if proved. not sure if they could though as the customer who took it could say he thought it was change and he was in a daze not thinking yadder yadder yadder.
OP if it had been a cash machine who would you be blaming? If i upset you don't stress, never forget that god aint finished with me yet.0 -
I think the OP probably realises his/her own mistake by now and the acid comments are a tad OTT really.
Something about glass houses and people who have never made a mistake.
It's quite normal to rail against the fates even if the wrong was ones own - it relieves the pain...:rotfl:0 -
We all make mistakes the problem is many dont try and pass the buck on to others like this clown is
Most people wouldn't go to bother of trying to get money out of them they may just accept me or ask if money has been handed in but not ask for cctv video is if that will do any goodflossy_splodge wrote: »I think the OP probably realises his/her own mistake by now and the acid comments are a tad OTT really.

The kind thing to do is leave someone an exit.:o0 -
The money is your responsibility op, no1 else should be taking responsibility for what you do about it0

the 1st paragraph says it all. Why exactly would this be anyones [STRIKE]stupidity[/STRIKE] responsibility but yours?Target Savings by end 2009: 20,000
current savings: 20,500 (target hit yippee!)
Debts: 8000 (student loan so doesnt count)
new target savings by Feb 2010: 30,0000 -
Well all I can say is Op perhaps you should be a bit more careful when it comes to the handling of money and in all fairness Morrisons giving you vouchers(to compensate) for your mistake is really good! accept it and move on and hopefully learn by your mistake:) by the way I do not agree with the posters who seem to rip the OP to shreds for a mistake and yes it is their fault but surely its understandable for them being upset! and besides we cant all be perfectl like some who have clearly never made a mistake in their lives!!!!!!!!LOVE isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live WITHOUT0
