Im not sure if im posting this in the right place but your the people in the know.
Ive been browsing online and want to buy some things, all shampoo thats in the under £2 bit, however there are no product numbers.
My question is... Can I order these products from my avon rep as i dont want to pay £3.50 postage?????
Many thanks
Hi roosterpotatoes
yes you can! And the best part, returns are free! If you are unhappy with any of your products, you can return them through your rep under the 90 day guarantee.
give her a call, get her to bring a brochure round to you and get ordering!
Oh and the reason there are no product numbers, is when you click on add to basket, they automatically add. But these items are all from the sales brochure0 -
Two of my customers have asked where their dressing gown is.... Have had a hard time trying to explain how the offer works and how they cannot have it for free just yet. I think the way it is written in the brochure is unclear and confusing!0

Confused me too! (Even forgot to order the glimmersticks.....)
Changing the subject, has any SL/ASM had experience of a family member being rejected as a rep because their relative at the same address owes Avon money? If so, is it actually 'legal' to prejudice someone due to the adverse credit history of their relative? Any hints/tips?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I see what people mean about c13 being poor now :-(
When you request a credit should it show in pending credits? Ive done 2 now and neither are :-s0 -

Do your credits show as 'saved'? Not sure they ever show as 'pending' but it does take a couple of days after 'submitting' them for Avon to take note. (Quite often a few days later you get an email reminder saying you still have a balance o/s - right hand, left hand comes to mind.)
Am due to collect my C13 books tomorrow - not holding my breath as doesn't seem that much of interest in there. Having said that I have one customer in particular, who doesn't spend much but she's a belter at sniffing out the bargains. Looking forward to seeing what she's come up with tomorrow.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

not sure about the legal aspect, but it may be that when the address is keyed in, it shows that someone there owes Avon money. If Avon dig further and can see who it is, maybe if they do a credit check, the bad debtor is financially linked to the good person, even though they are not?
I know when I used to get my credit checks, I was financially linked to my sisters (!) and I never knew why but quickly got those unlinked!
I would suggest emailing Avon and explaining the situation and hopefully they will agree and let you sign the good person as a Rep.0 -

im struggling with my accounts tonight for 09/10... so cant help!!
i havent kept very good records (at all!) as life was really rough at time and avon was messed up with income support claim etc...no excuse really but sitting doin avon paperwork was last thing on my mind while my life was falling apart im getting a rough basic lot of accounts together - basically just income from customers - invoice and expenses = profit........probably totally wrong - but the DWP accepted them in this state so hoping it will do if im ever checked by anyone else!! Got to do them quick as i need to know my figure for tax credit by end of the month.
Im then going to sit and do my accounts since april PROPERLY in the small accounts book i got... (thanks to whoever suggested it on here) .... any newbies this is most important advice i can give...keep good records!!! Life is just too complicated otherwise
Oh well back to it.. trying to remember what people ordered and what was demo from camp 3!!! 30 weeks ago cos ive lost a set of order forms!!!!:eek::eek:0 -
Don't! I haven't even sorted out my paperwork, I have kept all my receipts for claiming for expenses but my actual paperwork from Avon is all over the place!
Doesn't help that DH is not working at the moment, he is under my feet when I am not working so am not able to sit and work out my tax returns. I too need them for Tax Credits at end of month! His are all done of course!0
