yes, she has been charged for both orders, and she was very upset as Avon sent her a letter saying she owed xxx amount, which she didn't, but then I showed her where they had credited her back.
No, she lives alone, but in her previous address, there was another lady who was an Avon Rep, and we have suspicions that she is doing it. She could easily have got my rep's details while she was living there. Let's say her room wasn't the most secure, and I think a screwdriver, could easily have gained access when she wasn't in...0 -

yes I would send it back for a replacement, I didn't order these, but it might be a faulty batch.0 -
~Well, there is something strange going on with my Rep's account. Went to see her today, and she told me she hadn't changed the email address on her account, and someone kept changing the address back to her old address, and they also put in an additional order when she wasn't even at home that day!
She told me she put her order in a day early as she wasn't at home the due date. I saw the additional order and was surprised she had done that, but thought hey ho. NOW I know!
So someone is accessing her account! She has decided she wants it closed anyway, and her sister is going to take up Avon anyway, as whoever is hacking , won't have her sister's information.
but how strange is that! Never heard of someone hacking someone's account to get items delivered to them!
Hmm... Very strange. Ex-partner/friend maybe? Logic says it must be someone very close to her and/or maybe not everything is as it seems?
There are more debt addresses in the town I live in than there are reps and, unbelievably, it seems that some people just join Avon with the sole purpose of 'feathering their own nest' i.e. they get some orders, deliver them, collect the cash but never (even intend to?) pay Avon. How some people actually live with themselves I have nooooo idea. No idea if desperation drives such people or whether they're just actually totally without morals.
Not insinuating that your rep is in any way associated with such behaviour but just letting you know what some of my experiences as a SL have been.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

NOOOOO....that's awful!!! No way of proving it though I suppose. What on earth do they think they are going to achieve from adding orders for her? Hope they don't cause her any further problems.Everyone loves a bargain :beer:0 -

Did she get the snake chain or the classic? I have the snake chain and have had no problems as yet, although the clasp bit can't fall off as the chain is quite thick so you have to slide it off the end when the chain is undone (if I have got the right piece in mind that your talking about). I did have an issue with one of the beads I got sent from Avon though, it was awful. Although I have since purchased some lovely ones from ebay, really cheap too and they fit and look great :TEveryone loves a bargain :beer:0 -

No, we can't prove it, not without logging IPs and tracing them....
what we think this other person is doing is, putting orders through and trying to get them delivered to the old address, as my Rep has moved and she knows this. So she would get the order delivered but my Rep would have an outstanding amount on her account, that we couldn't prove she never had!
Luckily we are picking up on it each time, so the orders are being intercepted.
My Rep has decided to resign because she is so fed up with it all, and her sister has signed up instead. As her sister is living at the new address, the person doing all this won't know she has signed up and won't have her account details.
And I have had a Rep who was really good for months, had really high earnings, and then come xmas time, she found out she was pregnant, and took the money from the orders and never paid Avon back. And I have left it to them to chase her for the debt.
This Rep actually isn't doing this. I spotted the first time the large order on her account, she wasn't in the country and her sister had placed her order through me. The second time I noticed the additional order and the change of email address, thought it was strange but didn't contact her. It was when she called me to say she was fed up with this, she had received a second box of stuff she hadn't ordered and her email address has been changed to something she would never use, she couldn't understand it, we realised something was going on.0 -
