No probs, just apply for credit (or replacement for the product you sold her..... would be interesting to know how Avon deal with ordering a more expensive replacemnet....). .

Hi for this situation i found recently you have to send the cheaper item back for credit and then reorder the more expensive thing separately, ie you can only ask for replacement on a like for like price basis.

Whoever signed you up should have written it on the back of your 'Idiot Guide to Avon book' ;) i.e. the landscape printed one (Say Hello to a new Tomorrow). If it's not there, post up or PM me with your postcode and I'll check it for you,.

If you are J it means you're only one week behind D so guess will make a bit of difference but, in turn, you're one week ahead of anyone in 'O' Mailplan so if you get lots of shortages, wonder how they get on? Anyone actually in 'O' Mailplan?

I'm on 'O' and it's sometimes absolutely ridiculous when it comes to stock levels!! I'm waiting on things from 2 campaigns back still, and at Christmas there's always LOADS out of stock. I've given up giving the sale brochures out too as I'd end up with hardly any actual sales if people ordered from sale books as it was usually out of stock

Luckily I've given up territory now and just do F&F who are much more understanding when it comes to OOS items :p xx

I wondered why I hadn't seen any Avon thread updates in my subscriptions then noticed there was a new thread :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Oh well, long time no see, hope you're all keeping well?! xx

I'm enjoying Avon again now I've got rid of my territory. I had over £300 orders last campaign (11) and no longer have to trawl the streets and speak to rude customers :j:j

So far for C12 I have £140 orders and no ones joined in the country rose loyalty scheme so think I will get a few myself and put them away for the ladies in the family for Xmas :D xxx

~Well, there is something strange going on with my Rep's account. Went to see her today, and she told me she hadn't changed the email address on her account, and someone kept changing the address back to her old address, and they also put in an additional order when she wasn't even at home that day!

She told me she put her order in a day early as she wasn't at home the due date. I saw the additional order and was surprised she had done that, but thought hey ho. NOW I know!

So someone is accessing her account! She has decided she wants it closed anyway, and her sister is going to take up Avon anyway, as whoever is hacking , won't have her sister's information.

but how strange is that! Never heard of someone hacking someone's account to get items delivered to them!
  • Hey all, been having a nightmare with Avon ref the Lotus Shield moneymaker. Ordered it as a backorder in Camp11 and only received 1 bottle so phoned to chase on day of delivery. Was told I would be sent a pack of 10 out in 5-7 days. Remembered about a week ago that I hadn't received them so chased and was told that they hadn't been sent so another request was put through to send, at which point I asked if they would defo be here by Tuesday (next week) as I have 4 orders for it and had stated delivery date to them as Tuesday. Was assured by AVON it would be in my Camp12 delivery. Then yesterday I received .... yes...1 bottle of Lotus Shield in the post from my postman!!! Phoned AVON straight away and they are now putting yet another request through to send me 10...within 5-7 days. I asked if they could send any sooner as it wont arrive in time for my customers but was obviously asking far too much!!! To top this up they have messed about with my account and refunded me £3 yet charged me an additional £3.50!!! Anyway, luckily my SL has come to the rescue and loaned me 4 bottles to give out to my customers on Tuesday.

Also, have just read my invoice for Camp12 and have joined the queue waiting for the toning flip flops and Bench Watch!!! Not feeling the love for AVON at the moment!!! Sorry, rant over :)

Talking of the Country Rose scheme, none of my customers were interested so I took it out myself. Must say, have been more pleased with the dressing gown than any of the other ones available over the last couple of years. Normally they're like tents on me (I'm size 10/12) but this one is lovely, good length, not too loose and quite warm. May be a problem though if you have a larger lady order one but I'm very pleased with it.

  • Right, just out of pure curiosity, was wondering what fragrance from Avon people are loving the most atm. I have been sniffing all the samples and trying a few on and am currently smelling a bit like Boots and am thinking that the CL Absynthe is my current favourite. So what's yours?

Cool, I have one on order for me too as thought it looked quite thin and a bit cooler for the summer than my thick winter one. So look forward to receiving it now :T

D'oh, was she charged for it? Very strange that someone is hacking her account. Does she live alone? Maybe a member of her family took a fancy and thought she wouldn't notice?
