wow thats amazing SG, can I ask what you did? is it mainly territory or F&F?
Im also on 2nd campaign and im finding it harder this time (although had a weeks holiday so trying to squeeze it all in)

Hey gempink, it was mainly territory this time, I did have some F&F too though. Must admit that I didn't get to most of my territory last time (gotta try and manage my time better as it seems like I am out dropping/picking up books nearly every day!!!) I do have a large number of flats (alot of council ones) that are in my territory and they are proving very fruitful. I do just stuff and run and I only leave the books for about 2 days so I don't have to buy too many but get plenty of use out of them. I still haven't delivered to all of my territory this time either (I have a about 300 houses altogether) as I wanted to try and keep a few that would be fresh to the Avon books for my first few campaigns, while I figured out the ones that aren't interested at all (turns out to be a fair few). So hoping I will get some orders from my newbies next time :o) Good luck with the end of this campaign and I hope I have helped a little. x

I'm loving my new territory, got given some houses (my first 120 were flats) and I've had 7 orders since last Thursday, totalling £130. Out of 85 houses, I've spoken to 60, 17 wanted to see books, 7 of those ordered. The rest are not interested, but I see that as a positive thing as I know now where not to waste books. That means I still have 25 left to try on one street, and 49 on another street. And I'm already up to £426.89!!:j
    Brand spanking new Avon Rep C12 £440.39 :j C13 £321.25 :j C14 £174 so far :(

Yes, am afraid once you're signed up then the only way to 'switch' is to stop doing Avon for 'quite a while' (possibly 6 months?) and start again from scratch. There are 'other ways' ;) but even if you signed up via a good Sales Leader, it's still your ASM that allocates territory.
    What other ways? :)

Went to a Ann Summers party last night, not been to one for years!

Gave me a few ideas when it comes to my Avon parties as to explain more about products and send them around the room rather than leaving them ona table for people to try, but the Hostess only got any 'discount' if she got £300 in sales and 2 party bookings! The best Avon party i had was £200 in sales and that was a lot of items!

All their stuff is really pricey, gonna defo plug Avon Parties now as £10 for a foundation really is priceless compared to a £40 suit that, come on lets face it, wont stay on too long LOL!!!!!

    Shame on you Avon!
Stocked up on paper bags a few months ago so haven't needed to re-order until now and got to say am appalled at how cheap and nasty the current ones are; cheap paper, tacky/blotched printing. What's the point in our trying to be professional and encouraging our team to portray a professional image by purchasing 'official Avon bags' when they look so cheap and nasty!?!

Oh no not useless bags again - out comes the sellotape, again! I actually phoned Avon & got replacement bags when this happened before. I was told it must have been a dodgy batch. I don't think so.

I wonder if the bags come from India. I say this only because I've been there & the bags remind me of the quality of some paper & ink I saw there. I'm not being racist BTW 'cos I loved India & it's wonderful people.

    I agree - false economy.

Any Avon reps in Nottingham got any fit flops for sale? Ordered from a rep on ebay 4th July, never came, she didn't reply to first email. Had to raise a case and now says she's having problems with supplies! Very annoying.

Not sure if I should post in open forum but...

It's not unknown for an adult to sign up as an Avon rep but the account actually to be run by someone else i.e. get a family member living with you to sign up (your OH/son/daughter/mother) so they're actually financially responsible for the account but you run the account. In that way you let your current upliner route fall away and start afresh with another team. Am guessing it would also have other advantages i.e. you'd keep your current customer base as F&F but be given new Territory too. Of course, it would mean your PC sales start again at zero and you'd pay the sign-up fee again but that can have advantages too in that you click in again to free books, samples and sales aids. ;)

Sometimes part of the 'fun' with Avon is 'thinking outside of the box!' :T

Am not actually IN Nottingham but travelling up to Yorkshire on Wednesday so will, presumably, be passing through on the way up. If you're anywhere near the motorway and fancied meeting me at a service station then let me know. Not ideal for you, I appreciate, but thought I'd offer.

however that person would have to register as self employed and all your "earnings" would be classed as theirs and they would be taxed appropriately and if either of you needed to declare earnings ever say for tax credits or arranging a mortgage this person would be the one "eanring" and you would not be!!

    So please remember that! :)
